🚨 A Warning About Bajie Charging

🚨 A Warning About Bajie Charging: My Honest Experience 🚨

If you’re considering purchasing from Bajie Charging on Alibaba or elsewhere, I highly recommend reading this first. My experience with this company was unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. Here’s why.

---

📌 The Reality Behind Bajie Charging

I reached out to Bajie Charging to explore their power bank sharing products, expecting reliable communication, transparency, and professional service. Instead, I encountered poor customer support, vague responses, and complete disregard for customer concerns.

❌ Issues I Faced:

1️⃣ Slow & Unresponsive Customer Service – They take forever to reply, and when they do, their answers are unclear or irrelevant.
2️⃣ Lack of Transparency – They avoid giving straight answers about their product capabilities, logistics, and after-sales support.
3️⃣ Zero Accountability – When things go wrong, they either ignore your concerns or send copy-paste responses that don’t solve anything.
4️⃣ Unreliable Business Practices – If a company cannot handle basic customer service, how can they be trusted to provide a functional product or ongoing support?

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Was told by Audi, they took over this service as eTron no longer would be involved with charge cards. My feedback is two-fold: 5 out of 10 chargers do not accept Charge Now card which is very frustrating. Recently went to Victoria shopping mall in Nottingham and yet again the card would not work, they were mostly BP Pulse chargers so its not that they weren't mainstream either.
2) They keep deactivating my account without reason, I use Monzo as Bank and I contacted Monzo who told me Deutsche Bank did not attempt to take funds once. So I reactivate and paid the money with the same account :-) and a couple of months later same issue will arise. I am now looking for new options as this service is not free either at £4,99 per month.

Convenient but very pricy

I appreciate convenience come at a price, but the mark-up on charging by ChargeNow is steep. We recently went to Falcarragh in Donegal (Ireland) and the only chargers were ESB, and as I didn't have my ChargeNow card with me I signed up to their app. Then checked their prices against ChargeNow, and ESB charge €0.52/kWh but ChargeNow charge €0.97/kWh. That's a difference of €0.45 PER kWh. We charged 75kWh in total, so we saved €34 by using ESB's app. I will make sure to only use ChargeNow when absolutely the only option, as there's clearly a lot of money to save by using the operators own apps/cards.

As mentioned, I fully understand that having one card that can be used across many networks come at a price and all the work that has been done to develop the integrations into all these networks to provide users with ease of use and convenience, however the price in this case seems to be unreasonably high.

I rent a BMW i4 in Italy and created an account with chargenow. When my rental end, I canceled the contract. Right after a month, I got lots of charges for the next customers' car chargings. I told them the situation and asked them to cancel the charges, they suggested me to get in touch with the rental company. Meanwhile I asked them to hold the invoice while I communicate with the rental company. Just the next day, they collected the invoice from my credit card. Do not trust this company and clearly avoid using them!
