Very helpful
Needed some concrete fence posts and gravel boards for a retaining wall. Charfleets offered the best price by some margin so I gave them a call to see if delivery was possible. Although I was out of their usual area, they were delivering the next day in kind of my direction so they agreed to do a one off drop for me. Even with delivery cost the price was still good and the goods were on my drive when I got home. All seems good quality and the double ended posts are a bonus as I'm cutting them in half. When I called, the staff were friendly and helpful, I'd happily buy from them again.

5 Star from start to finish
fantastic professional service from the moment we made an enquiry and this continued right through the process, nothing was too much trouble from initial survey from Kevin ( us changing our minds a few times ) , kept up to date throughout the installation by Rob and the team ( we are relocating from Yorkshire to the area )so most of this took place whilst we were not in the area, after fit survey from Kevin , making sure we were happy with everything, which we were, all debris removed from site and left in good order, couldn't recommend Charfleets enough , Excellent job THANK YOU

I wanted a quote for a new fence along…
I wanted a quote for a new fence along the back of my garden and along one side. Kevin came round, calling me to tell me when, and quoted the back but the side quote would not have been accurate because of trees. When I had them removed he came back and moved his guys around so that both the side and back fence could be done on the same day which was extremely helpful for me.
All through, the staff were helpful and informative at all times and the fitters completed a fine installation, even returning to the yard to get other items to make the job perfect. Would thoroughly recommend.

The service from Charfleets fencing and timber was excellent. Kevin, who came to give me the estimate was really helpful and gave me options on the work that I could have carried out. He understood exactly what I needed to be done. Robert, who carried out the work on my gates, went the extra mile to make sure that everything was easy for me. The admin girls were friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended the company to friends.

excellent price and customer service
A small order for fence panels but still excellent customer service and the best price locally (unlike some of the other local 'cowboy' types with higher pricing and no idea how to talk to customers). Katy and Laura in the office were excellent at trying to find an earliest delivery slot and keeping me updated. Katy particularly friendly. Delivery person also polite, on time and helpful.

Good quality and price
Ordered some fence panels (closeboard), concrete posts and concrete gravel boards and the quality and price were very good.
I don't often leave reviews but I think this company deserved a good review and I would recommend them (already have).
