I ordered a charango from the website and I can't track my order or see the status of it. I sent multiple emails but I haven't gotten replies. So far it's been a stressful experience that I don't know anything about my order and I've received no help or a shipping number to track it.

Came as expected, good quality
As other reviews say, you worry a bit at first as it is such a far distance (if importing to Europe at least) but it did just arrive 3 weeks or so later with no problems, and quality of instrument is great. The team has obviously made an effort to improve email comms too as I was able to get in touch fairly easily!

Bought a beginners charango
Bought a beginners charango. Very satisfied so far. I tuned it down a full tone to lessen the tension and capo the second fret for standard tuning. I attached strap buttons and it’s good. The only real problem is with the top frets. Numbers 14 and 15 have to be filed down a bit in places as the strings are hitting them. I hope the dropped down tuning will keep the bridge from pulling off.

I bought a concert charango from Quispe…
I bought a concert charango from Quispe Torres luthier couple years ago and it was sent to me perfectly and the product is excellent.I love it. BUT later I ordered a colombian tiple that I saw in your web page but I received a different it was not in your catalogue and it was shipped via Fedex when the charango was sent via DHL. It seemed strange because you always use DHL right? Well I wanna say also that the bridge where the strings are located broken few days from arrived.So am disappointed with my last purchase. Must say also that I emailed several letters letting know what happened but never received any answer. Why? I don't know.

I found the whole experience confusing
I found the whole experience confusing. I tried to order. My card would not go through, even though I called my credit card company to check why. They said that they would approve it but it was a glitch on the vendor’s end. I tried one card twice and another card once. Then, I got an email with an order number. I could never find a charge with my credit card company and couldn’t get a straight answer from Charango Mall.

The case itself is lovely and arrived…
The case itself is lovely and arrived in good time all the way to the United States. However, one of the locks is smashed in so it doesn't quite close properly. With shipping being so incredibly expensive this isn't an easy thing to send back to have repaired.

High price for a so so product, iffy customer service
I am an experienced musician that was in need of a charango to record in the studio with, I ordered an Electric Charango - Cedar wood with ARTEC System that is on their website, checked reviews before hand some negative on the customer service and as I found out later all true,
The plan was to order one check the quality on it and then order another more expensive one in the future, customer service was quick to help me with my order before payment, shipping was pretty quick even with the global situation we are in,
once the charango arrived, the finish on it was as if someone had worked on it halfway then just added strings and shipped it contrary to what was on the website, on the website the picture is varnished and a very nice finish, what I got was straight wood with no finish on it, the sound is not bad, not great, I sent an email pretty much right away explaining what happened because I was very disappointed with the finish and did not hear anything back from them at all about it, they disappeared,
I’m so disappointed with the finish that I’m going to send it to someone and pay more to do the proper finish for me,
Unfortunately after all this, I cannot recommend ordering from them especially if you’re looking to spend some good money on a good quality professional charango to record or play music with.

I ordered a Ronroco since I‘m in love…
I ordered a Ronroco since I‘m in love with Santalaollas pieces. It was made according to my wishes and after three weeks it had made its way from Bolivia to Germany, unspoiled and nice. Customer service was fast to respond and helpful.

Charango received was not the one I had ordered
The charango I received (about 4 weeks late) was not the one I had ordered. I sent them a picture of the charango I received and asked them to compare it with the one I had ordered. Their reply was that they would decide on the matter on the following day. After that they disappeared entirely. They never answered my e-mails in which I asked them to rectify the situation. I really don't see how a site which treats its customers in this manner can be considered trustworthy.
PS. Please do not bother to post that standardized reply on how sorry you are about all this and how you will take all necessary steps to make amends.

Unfortunately after I can't remember how many e-mails I could say the worse customer service and store.
Why? During order I wrote note that I want insurance for the instrument because I didn't see and did guess that it has just in case that it come broken or something. It came with 2 scratches probably from customs.
Instrument that they are saying that it is profesional I have to adjust every 10 mins of playing. I did complain on everything proven and supported with pictures and I am not receiving any responses from them. Tried to call them on number that no-one is answering. I could say that I lost 500 dollars in this case. Thank you Charangomall for this expensive lesson.
