Best decision I could have made was going with the Chapter2. Such a beautiful bike to ride and the after sales, customer service is amazing.

6- chapter 2s so far and all are fantastic bikes. Great quality and great company. HURU, RERE, TERE X3, TOA. All have been great for me.

Nothing to say more, this bike brand is super awesome. Its sprint up the hill like a Super Mario.
I love this bike! I had it built in July 2020, a retirement gift for myself.
I have ridden it 5k t0 7,5k+ miles per year and like it as much now as ever, actually would love to get another.
the feel, the handling and the looks are the best I have seen.
The sloping frame, the way the frame is designed to envelop the front and rear wheels, to me is as cool as it gets.
I have the one piece bar and stem, everything flows together. With 28mm tires, it is super smooth and fly's effortlessly.
Once built it weighed in at exactly 15 Lbs, my lightest bike yet.
I have great confidence in the handling.
As a point of reference, my first and second bikes were hand built GT's, then a FELT and a Willier Imperial, all fine bikes, not as coolor sweet handling as the RERE.
My next Bike will absolutely be another Chapter 2, RERE or KOKO.

I bought my first road bike nine months ago, a Chapter 2 Tere. It is a second-hand item but in excellent condition. I went to the official dealership in Brisbane for some changes (seat post and update minor pieces), and the attention was excellent. Riding experience: the bike feels fast, responsive, and agile in the corners, and it is so beautiful! I'll be moving to Chile, so I sent a message to Mike Pride, brand creator and owner, asking for the brand in Chile...and he answered fast, with all the information that I was looking for, and offering me help in case I needed it for new pieces. Do you imagine having an answer from the owner of one of those huge brands? I know that Mike personally attended to many people who asked him for help. Priceless.

Real service from a great guy that really believes in his product and rides what he makes, I love the TOA that i brought, and the extra effort in the art work makes it feel someone took the time to create not just make a bike.

I was hunting for a new bike and stumbled across this brand. Their frames are beautiful. Really unique color schemes you don’t see everywhere. Ended up reaching out with some questions, and the whole experience was great. Mike was super responsive and made the process smooth, and Clive on the U.S. side helped me sort out some fitment details I was unsure about. Honestly, for a smaller brand, the mix of quality and support has been way better than I expected. Definitely worth checking out if you want something different than the mainstream options.

I ordered a Chapter2 Koko from the North America rep waiting nine weeks for deliver. While unforeseen shipping delays can occur, poor communication and vague responses that leave customers uncertain about their order's status are unacceptable. As someone who regularly rides and races, not having a road bike and a clear delivery date was extremely frustrating, especially since the delay was not communicated to me, causing me to miss out on several races I had planned to participate in. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this experience. Communication throughout the process was unprofessional, with repeated promises that the bike would arrive "next week." Each follow-up revealed the bike was still delayed overseas, with no clear updates or transparency provided. As a smaller brand, I expected exceptional customer service to stand out, but this was not the case. Upon receiving the bike, I discovered the brake rotors, which were supposed to be included, were missing. While I was issued a partial refund for the inconvenience, it did little to resolve the frustration. I recommend choosing a brand that prioritizes clear, honest communication and reliable service to earn your trust.

I recently purchased a Toa frameset with Mana handlebar thru Chapter2 North America. Clive was great to work with. He answered any questions without hesitation and kept me updated on my order statues. When I received the frameset it was perfect and it built up with zero issues. Based on my experience with the communication and the quality product they are putting out I would definitely consider Chapter2 again.

Mike and Chapter 2's local distributor (2WheelNation) were super helpful when I was just checking out the Huru frame. I knew the Huru was the right frame for me just a few minutes into the test ride.
Fast forward - the bike rides like a dream! Comfortable but responsive when you really put in the watts. I can see myself keeping this frame for a long long time.

I am writing this review after 2 years of using Chapter 2 TOA. Yes, I was pregnant so no full mileage, but I think after 10 000kms I can say a word or two.
I will divide this review into two sections.. Experiences with the frame/bike itself, support and customer satisfaction, .. and a short footnote regarding durability (luckily not a separate section)
1. Experience with the TOA frame and bike itself.
I am a female rider - amature cyclist.. but riding a lot (50% road, 50% training at home). I have ridden over 10 000 on my TOA (yes, I feel really connection to My TOA :-) ).. I must say, I have never sat on a better bike until now. I rode Specialized Roubaix, Cervelo S3, short period of time Cannondale SuperSix. By far, I like TOA frame the most. I am not a heavy rider, nor as a female am pushing constantly 1000+ watts... so consider this a review of a medium height and weight female. The other frames are either too stiff to be comfortable in the long run or are too "rubbery" when doing final sprints. I think the combination of everything that TOA frame offers is the best of the best. I can ride 100kms + rides with no back or buttocks pain, and at the same time push into pedals when racing and outrun (outbike) others. I am not saying my sprints can be compared to Pogacar or other pros but surely as a woman I can compete with men during a race.. even during final sprints. So the bike is really stiff when it comes to short bursts (100-500m long). I feel very safe riding downhill as well however having two small kiddos changed my priorities so I am not going into details here. However I had few very nasty situations where I can only thank my TOA for not letting me down. So honestly, my experience as a rider and a racer is absolutely flawless. I would never ever buy a different bike and was thinking of getting an extra one (which I cannot due to obvious budget constrains) just to have one extra, in case the TOA would somehow change - I think this speaks for itself. It is a comfy bike that is stiff enough at the same time that nobody can blame during a race (e.g. like if only I had a better bike, I would have won the race... The opposite is true.. this bike gives an advantage over others).
What must be said is also that a proper wheelset and derailleur completes the bike. So if you own a piece of jewelry (TOA frame) give it a proper set of wheels and derailleur. I have Scope R5 wheels which are fabulous but lower rims would make the side wind more bearable - This is the only change I would do - choosing Scope R4 wheels.
2. Customer satisfaction
Now. Where on Earth do you get to speak with the actual owner and designer while buying a bike? All top companies are so commercial but Chapter 2 is a totally different level. From day 1 until the final purchase I spoke with Mike Pryde who responded to each and every question and helped me in a way, no company owner would do (really, how many times did it happen to you? Yes, maybe while buying a cake, or ice-cream.. the owner might be selling that to you personally... but A BIKE???). So I can't stress enough how exceptional that was. All kudos to the team for building the frame, but even more to Mike who as the owner acts absolutely friendly and helped as I have known him for a long time...
3. Crashes/durability of the frame. Since riding in packs/blobs.. racing on international level (yes, as an amature)... I get into many dangerous situations.... elbowing, wheel on wheel slams... my TOA was my second angel guardian. Even when crash was inevitable, my TOA took it with pride - only scratches but no cracks - nothing that would make me worried at all. So is it durable? Absolutely!!! My worst "damage" happened when my bike flew off my car while driving out of town (90kms/h ???). I only saw it bouncing here and there on the road in my rear mirror - did it break? Nope. One of my wheels got damaged.. BUT the frame and cockpit and everything stayed intact - I had the frame checked by a pro because I could not believe it could survive such a hit. BUT it did.
So .. to conclude my review... I would give 100 points out of 10. From the communication standpoint to the actual properties of the frame. TOA is a wonderful bike, Chapter 2 is a one off company that stands out in so many ways I can't even summarize that. This is the most honest review as I can give because I am not riding my CH2 TOA for a coffee ride nor am I polishing it to look good on it...
Anyone who tried the bike was stunned how this frame acts in real life. Trying is one thing, but riding daily is something else (not to work :) ). Yet, my long term opinion didn't change at all.
PS: I raced over 100 races with it, pushed the bike to my limits... rode more than 10 000 kms... What service was needed? I swapped the breaking pads once and the chain once (when reached the 10k kms).. I guess no need to continue.. you got the point. THANK YOU Chapter 2 team!

One of the best in the business. It’s amazing when the CEO of the business takes a hand in ensuring the customer has a great experience. US Sales director Clive de Sousa was great to deal with and very responsive. This is my 2nd bike from Chapter 2, but won’t be the last.

Just bought my 3rd Chapter2 Bike! Unfortunately I was racing outside of the country and I crashed, with my frame being cracked in addition to some damaged wheels and shifters. Clive from Chapter2 North America was very good with the process, getting the bike to me extremely quickly within a week. The Chapter2 bikes are all amazing. Fast, stiff, and their paint schemes are always sure to bring attention to the bike. I had the Toa which cracked and have now purchased a Koko, and it handles like a beauty on the flats and descents, but can also be an all rounder for climbs. I also bought their Ao Gravel bike which I love. Super customizable, many different adjustable parts that you can change based on what you’re riding.
Overall riding the Chapter2 Bikes have been a pleasure and as a racer myself, they are extremely responsive and stiff, and I really love the bikes.
Big Kudos to Mike and Clive for making this process quick and amazing. The Customer Service is also excellent, responding extremely quickly and always there to help or answer inquiries.

Chapter 2 is a wonderful company that cares deeply about cycling culture and about putting the ride experience first. I absolutely love my Chapter 2 Koko and I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for their next bike. Their customer service and rider care team is top notch as well and always feels very personal and caring.

I’ve been riding a Koko for the last 3 years and have been absolutely loving it. I’ve had zero issues with the bike or the Mana bars and look forward to many more year on it.

I just purchased my 2nd bike from Chapter 2.
In 2024 I decided to get my first aero bike and decided on the KOKO with the MANA handlebar. It was my first bike with an integrated handlebar.
When the announcement came out that a new road model was coming out I was excited and when I saw the first pictures of the RIRA I jumped on it right away. I purchased the new MANA handlebar in a 377/412 configuration and was surprised that they put some "texture" on the tops which allowed me to wrap the bars just past the curve. I installed the new 2024 SRAM RED group with the Token Ventoux wheelset and have to say that it is one of the best bikes I have ever ridden!
My 2021 Specialized Aethos is now my backup bike which is something I though would never happen.
Thank you Chapter 2 for the great design, color scheme and the new features!

Just wanted to leave a review as I had previously left a not great one. Massive kudos the the owner for reaching out and solving a issue. This has now turned my negative issue into a positive and the understanding of the issue from him was great so thankyou 😊
The Chapter2 Kaha is nothing short of extraordinary. It’s the second Chapter2 bike I’ve owned, following my much-loved Tere Disc—still the one bike I regret selling. Over 15 years of road racing in NorCal, I’ve ridden and raced on nearly every major bike brand, but nothing compares to the feeling and fit of my Kaha.
As my first gravel bike, it has truly redefined my riding experience. In fact, it’s so versatile and enjoyable that it might just become my only bike. Fully built with SRAM Force 1X, the Kaha is way lighter than I expected, yet incredibly smooth and responsive. The geometry, paired with the Mana road bars, feels like it was custom-made for me.
Despite taking 1.5 years off the bike and not racing since 2020, the Kaha inspired me to register for a race just three months after getting it. The result? A third-place overall finish and second in my age group—a testament to how exceptional this bike truly is. It felt like I had a cheat code.
Not only does the Kaha perform beyond expectations, but it also stands out as a unique, boutique brand that turns heads everywhere I ride. I get more questions and comments about my Kaha than I ever did with any Italian brand. Forget the cookie-cutter options like Canyon—Chapter2 delivers unmatched craftsmanship and individuality at a similar price point.
I rarely write reviews, but Chapter2 deserves to be in every conversation about the best bikes to own. The Kaha isn’t just a bike—it’s a game-changer. I can confidently say I’ll never ride another brand again.
