Excellent service - very helpful and quick to respond to emails. Villa as described ( beautiful) and they provided very good directions. We also used the car hire service which again was excellent. Would recommed for booking villas and car hire in the Chania region.

Very good service and everything works.

Lovely villa and location daily sunset from the kitchen area, plenty of room for 6 of us. Loved the pool and the bbq and used these to the maximum. Owners were very pleasant and excellent with local advice of activities. Channa rentals were prompt with the info on the villa and arranged car hire to our specification.

I could only recommend you chania rentals. In particular Mr.Artemis was a helpful and outstanding employee. I would not hesitate to book a villa or a car once again through this agency. Everything was fine. Thank you so much.

We had a great holiday at Villa Danae, the communication with Chania Rentals from first enquiry thru to booking was excellent, all questions answered quickly. We met the owner Kyriakos at the meeting point about 5 minutes from the villa who then shown us the way through the village and olive groves, which was a nice and easy drive. Kyriakos was very easy to talk to and gave us some ideas of places to visit.
The property itself was very clean, well-appointed with everything that you could possibly need including a small safe which we made use of. The TV is a flat screen and not an older CRT as in the photos. The villa is located in a secluded, peaceful and relaxing spot with views down to sea. The pool was nice and warm, good for day/night swimming, and the cleaning system keeps it very clean apart from a few leaves. Kyriakos comes once a week to check and clean the pool and a maid to clean the villa. On the terrace there were sun loungers and various tables and chairs giving options for dining/relaxing in the sun or shade.
The INKA supermarket in Maleme is pretty good, never very busy and always got a parking spot there, also there is a Lidl close by.
We visited Chania quite a few times. The Catholic Church service is at 10am on Sunday, then lunch at one of the restaurants overlooking the harbour.
I honestly don't have a bad word to say about our experience only that I wished it could have lasted much longer!

We were a company of 9 adults and a baby. We had a wonderful vacation in Chania in a stunning villa with a fantastic view. The service by Chania Rentals and by the owners of the villa was great.

We rented a house and a car through Chania Rentals for our family stay in Crete. In our mail conversation prior through the trip, Chania Rentals answered all our questions fast and on topic. When arriving in Crete, everything worked excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this company!

Excellent stay at Nektarios Villa!
Everything went well! Although we landed in Chania very late the friendly guy from the car rental picked us up at the airport and half an hour later we arrived in Maleme. Our Landlord was waiting for us and gave us a friendly introduction to the wonderful house. The villa was well equipped, neat and clean. The view from the garden and the balconies was breathtaking!!
We had a wonderful stay and all the time Mr. Nektarios was very helpful - also giving us precious information what to do and where to go.
We can recomment this place 100 %!!!
Would like to come back ASAP!!!

Our villa was amazing and our host went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Maleme is quiet with some nice restaurants. Well worth visiting the other beaches in West Crete too
