I deeply regret trusting ChangeNOW with my funds.
Around 442 days ago, I sent 10 BNB through their platform. Transaction hash:trust pilot dont allow send link in review
Before this incident, I had used ChangeNOW multiple times without problems, although all my previous transactions were under $1,000. The moment I made a larger transaction, my funds were suddenly frozen.
They forced me to complete KYC verification in order to supposedly return my funds. I cooperated fully. Then they repeatedly requested additional documents and proof of source of funds. Every single time, I provided everything they asked for.
After complying with all their requirements, the responses eventually turned into the same copy-paste message for more than a year:
“We have no updates. The investigation is ongoing.”
No timeline. No transparency. No accountability.
At the time my funds were frozen, the value was approximately $16,000. Due to the market decline and the endless delays caused by ChangeNOW, the value has now dropped to around $6,000 — and they are STILL holding my funds.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I trusted this platform because of its positive Trustpilot reputation. Otherwise, I would never have trusted an offshore crypto platform with such a large amount.
I have kept all emails, documents, verification records, and conversations with the ChangeNOW support team and I am fully prepared to publish them publicly if necessary.
My experience with ChangeNOW has been extremely stressful, financially damaging, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise users to think carefully before trusting this platform with significant amounts of money.

Transactions may be flagged for AML/KYC review regardless of previous successful exchanges or account history. Risk assessments are performed individually for each transaction and depend on multiple factors, including blockchain analytics, transaction exposure, and partner compliance requirements. The fact that smaller transactions were previously processed without issue does not automatically exempt future transactions from additional verification.
All materials you provided have been reviewed and remain attached to your active case.
Unfortunately, certain compliance investigations can remain open for extended periods when additional verification or external review is required. During this time, support agents are limited to providing only confirmed information from the Compliance department, which is why updates may appear repetitive or generic.
Your case has not been ignored or closed. It remains under active compliance review, and once a final determination is made, you will be notified immediately through official support channels.
