I love the smell of these wax melts BUT
I love the smell of these wax melts , but I have a Maine Coon Cat and once these started to fill the room with there strong fragrance her eyes started running and she was sneezing , so am now dubious about using them which is why I just gave 4 stars which is a shame , as they smell beautiful. Don’t know if there is anything in them that affects cats .

Hi Jeanie, you were right to stop using them if anyone in the household, pets included, shows any reaction. Whilst extremely rare, allergies can occur to any product we use in our home. I've written a blog post about this, https://chandlerswaxmelts.co.uk/blogs/chandlers-wax-melts-blog/are-wax-melts-safe-around-dogs. There may be an ingredient in this particular scent that doesn't agree with your cat. I would suggest carefully trying other scents, and if you see another reaction you can compare the ingredient labels to discover which one causes the issue. Thank you, Emma

Hi Rachael, I'm so happy you're enjoying your melts. As I explained, my melts are made from soy wax, and they need a tealight burner or an electric burner of at least 40w. They won't work with Scentsy or wall-plug-in warmers.
I have this information on my product pages on the website as I want to make sure customers have the right burner to fully enjoy my melts.
I also recommend that burners are not placed next to windows, doors or draughts as that can also affect how warm the burners get.

Christmas Wax Melts
Wax melts were ordered just before Christmas and delivery date was after Christmas, however the wax melts were delivered on Christmas Eve, really pleased with service, highly recommended. The wax melts themselves are good, strong smell only lasts a few days but are excellent when burning, flavours are excellent wanted a Christmas smell and all did not disappoint.
