Second time I have booked my holiday through Chaka travel - first class!!

These guys are amazing, booked golf and safari to South Africa and trip was like clockwork. Golf was amazing and safari just special. I wouldn’t book with another company and have used them for years and never once had an issue pre booking during or post booking

Tom dealt with our holiday in Florida smoothly and efficiently. He explained everything clearly and took on board all our requirements and changes. He was also very knowledgeable about golf in Florida and the various venues. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

You read all these five star reviews and being skeptical you question them, can a Company really be that good.
Chaka Travel arranged our unlimited golf package at The Grand, Moon Palace Golf & Spa, Cancun, although we had previously been many times before with T.Cook & TUI, the golf side was always arranged in resort but this time I decided to go for unlimited golf- everything was perfect, tee times both those pre booked (alternate days) and those where we rolled up on the unbooked days- no issues, no fiddling around with surcharges, taxes- a hassle free experience. Because we had been so many times previously to The Grand, we knew the ropes and were experienced enough to avoid the vacation sales personnel who offer “resort” credits to induce you to the presentation to sell you vacation weeks- word of warning, if you attend these salespeople are exceptionally good at their job.
As too whether or not we would both use Chaka again and would we recommend Chaka- YES, Tom and his colleagues were excellent, prompt, and even took the trouble two days prior to our holiday to ring to make sure everything was OK and if we had any issues or questions. Great service generates repeat business.

Tom made the decision making easy by sending us the various options and prices. In addition he adapted our itinerary with ease to accommodate our personal preferences. The response to all queries was dealt with quickly and efficiently. If the trip turns out to be as good as the booking we will be very pleased indeed

Gerard was easy to deal with, very professional explaining everything step by step. I will definitely be back to Chaka Travel and will recommend my friends and family to do the same.

My first time using Chaka Travel, and I can only speak to the booking process thus far, having just scheduled a trip for next year at Costa Navarino. But faultless service thus far.

Regular updates, quick response time, friendly service, and helpful suggestions which I wouldn’t otherwise have known about. Also very competitive on pricing.

If the trip itself follows the same trend we are onto a winner.

I’ve booked with Chaka Travel for long haul trips previously however not for a few years due to not having travelled long haul. I can say the service has not changed in that time. This was our first time booking through Chaka Travel and we deliberately chose them based on their extensive experience with golf holidays & travel. We knew we wanted to go to Mauritius but not much else. Gerard was so helpful in listening to our ideas and we trusted his expertise in guiding our final decision. We were not disappointed. As suggested , we chose to stay at 2 properties on different sides of the island. This was a great suggestion as we got to experience a ‘new’ holiday on our 2nd week. The golfers were very impressed with the level of service at the 4 courses played and the spectacular scenery and views.
If you prefer a personal touch when booking your holiday I would highly recommend Chaka Travel. Their expertise and prompt reply was extremely appreciated when we had to return home 2 days early.
