couldn't organise a p/up in a brewery

Ordered a chair online which was shown as in stock ready for 24hr delivery, that was 10 days ago.
Item wasn't in stock, but card was charged anyway.
finally dispatched on Mon supposed to arrive Tues, it didn't.
phoned them 3 times to find out what was going on.
told them I wasn't available Wed or Thurs so arranged delivery Fri.
Not done, could have it delivered Sat for a £12 delivery charge or wait till Mon, they offered half the charge. Not good enough.
A shambles, when are the authorities going to get hold of these people and hold them to account for their liabilities. they give internet shopping a very bad name.
