Apologies for issue you encountered with your order. FedEx tracking show that the courier attempted delivery of your order and you were not available to receive the goods on 2 occasions. The FedEx driver did not feel it was safe to leave the goods outside your property unattended and decided to return the goods to sender. As soon as we received the goods back, we processed your full refund as you stated that you no longer require the goods. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused please

I recently received my order and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The delivery was prompt, arriving exactly when expected, and the product itself was absolutely fantastic. It exceeded my expectations in both quality and presentation. Everything was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition.
