Chainsaw Workshop Manuals

The site is terrible they will block you from using their service if you use their service. I downloaded a couple manuals for different power equipment that I own and without notice they won't allow me to download manuals any longer. I've tried multiple times on different web browsers and no luck. I have reached out to customer service at least 8 times and have had no response. It's completely ridiculous to offer a service then just block access to a user for using the service and without even giving the user a warning or responding to emails. Chainsaw workshop manuals needs to get some customer service skills and make it known to their users that they will only allow a certain number of downloads before they block you from using the services THEY OFFER.

How can they be giving away service manuals for Stihl equipment, period? And how can it be free? Something doesn't seem to add up here, but I entered bogus billing information and a burner email address on the site and was immediately given access to the official Stihl service manual for my MS-291, so I can't argue with the results. Also received an email with the download link, so everything seems to have worked as intended.

That said, I'm still skeptical of what is being exchanged here. Probably selling my bogus information to data brokers, but I'll immediately know that if I start getting a bunch of spam to my used-only-on-this-site email address.

Ooooh! Very concerned. As with others I completed their process and in spite of repeated attempts, and emails, got ZERO! In this day and age I can only suggest extreme caution with these people. I will let you know if they redeem themselves, but its been over a week now.

You never get sent a download link, but you do start getting a lot of emails from websites you’ve never subscribed to… is it from giving this website your email address in order to “order” free manuals that you never actually get? I don’t know, but the site owner won’t talk - I’ve tried and tried.

There is nothing on the site that costs money, and no adverts. Yet they’re giving away workshop manuals that can only be bought for real money elsewhere. So where do they make money to pay for the hosting and the 1000s of manuals they claim to have?
