Cheapest feeling chain, filled with kinks out of the packet essentially defective as far as I'm concerned, stiff and horrible tat. It would be forgivable if they offered refunds, but they make you pay the postage. There's a reason their prices are cheaper than the competition.

Made a very short notice purchase and needed it delivered quickly in time for a birthday. My jewellery arrived in the nick of time as Chain Reaction upgraded my postage for free after I contacted them. Very responsive to enquiries and the cross and chain was beautiful. Thanks

Returned to Chain Reaction Jewellers after a positive experience purchasing from them 2 years previously. I had ordered some 55mm gold hoops, at what seemed, a very reasonable price, but when I received them, they were clearly not the size I had ordered, which was reflected on the invoice. So I rang them and spoke to a member of staff about what I should do in this situation and was told I would need to send them back and that my postage would be refunded to me once they had received them.

After this I went onto the website to make sure that they were still available and found that all of sizes of the style of hoops that I had purchased had increased considerably in price so I was concerned that I wouldn't get what I had paid for and rang CRJ back. I need not have worried, as the same member of staff answered my call and assured me that the price I had bought them for would be honoured even though they were now showing as almost £150 more! Today I received my replacement which were exactly what I ordered.

All of this took exactly 7 days, from the day I ordered them to receiving the replacement today! And my postage was refunded as promised. Both of my purchased products are of great quality. No doubt I will be using this brilliant Jewellers again.

I'd previously given positive reviews on Etsy as I purchased a gold necklace twice, the first one broke which I assumed was my fault so ordered again and the 2nd one broke within 4 months. It had small, light pendants on it and was only worn a few times a month as I can't wear it at work. I messaged the seller who responded saying I can pay for repair. When I said this isn't good enough and a necklace shouldn't break in 4 months they ignored me. I'd avoid purchasing from this shop if you want it to last or receive customer service!
