Hi everyone,
I already wrote to your support a few days ago, without success 😔 that for my order to Switzerland, even if I was redirected to your Swiss shop, had to pay extra 20 euro for the "free" shipment. Which is not satisfying at all. The products are a bit better than any other from the local markets. Sorry, next time I'll double skip it.

I’ve ordered now many times and I love the products!
However the website needs improvement.

Product Foundation & Bronzer more or less ok. It was advertised as CH Page, but after buying products (order value 70.-) I had to pay an additional 20 CHF later on (after shipment) to customs, as the products were shipped from The Netherlands! Will not be buying there again!

I get many compliments that my skin looks great and people would never guess I'm 70.

As a lot of other people I have the same complaint. Its a real scam, you order from what you think is switzerland where I live, pay with twint, and then get landed with a bill from the post saying the product came from NL....
I like the product so ordered one for my daughter, cost 60fr for 2 ...special offer....and then here arrives a bill for 22fr. So nearly half the price again...So I won't be ordering from them again which is a shame as I really like the product.

Since I started using Meroda, my skin has become very bad. It is irritated and I have developed breakouts. I had to stop using the products and was forced to buy expensive cleansers to treat my irritated skin. Very disappointing

I don't like the makeup. I have fair skin, but it makes me look pale and it's unnatural. Unfortunately, I can't use the makeup. On top of that, I had to pay an additional 20 francs in customs duties when I received the package, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. I paid a lot of money for a mediocre product.

After using the colour changing foundation for a little period of time, I developed a rash on my eyelids that then spread under my eyes, causing the skin to crack. I went to the pharmacy who said I needed to go to my Doctor for a prescription.
I stopped using the foundation and the rash cleared up. I then tried to use the foundation again to see if this was the problem and indeed the rash returned. Has this foundation gone through the necessary checks? I sent the company a note but they didn't reply.

Does not cover too well, for fair skin too dark.

The foundation is great!

I paid for two products but received only one. I contacted you about it twice but didn’t get any answer.
I love your products so I still hope for a solution.

I love Meroda. It feels light, you don't need much product for full coverage, and it adapts perfectly to my skin tone. I've been ordering for years and will continue. I only wish they'd also make shades for darker skin tones because in summer when I'm tanned, it is a little pale.

The product’s ingredients are generally solid but appear no longer fully up to date. The formula relies heavily on silicones and several older UV filters, which today are often replaced by more modern, photostable alternatives. Ingredients such as Isopropyl Myristate or Ethylhexyl Palmitate can be comedogenic for blemish-prone skin. The inclusion of fragrance and BHT also reflects an older formulation style.

On the positive side, the product contains glycerin, bisabolol, vitamin E, and antioxidant plant extracts, which provide moisture and help soothe the skin. Overall, the product performs its intended function, but the formulation feels more like a classic 2010s BB/CC cream—reliable, yet lacking modern innovation.
