They refuse to let me withdraw my money!

They’re telling me I need to bet an additional $4 to withdraw my money. I did, but now they’re asking me to bet an additional $5 to withdraw! It feels like a never-ending cycle. I contacted customer service, but the person handling my case couldn’t resolve it and forwarded it to her manager. However, it might take days to resolve because he’s very busy! Poor help center avoid this website…

I have mix feelings about this Casino

I have mix feelings about this Casino. Last week I withdrawal money and it came in fine. Yestoday I withdrawn 3 times and the money was instantly deposited in my Bank Account but my bank is holding my money for investigation verification. I called and they say there nothing they can do and now I need to wait 6 days until I can use the funds if everything is fine. I will update again next week and we see if this place is 1 star or 5 stars. I like the variety game and speed of withdrawal with etranfers but they fact im getting held back funds is a red flag for me. I have never had any issue with Giga dat etranfer in the past. Only with this casino :(
