Fraud
I bought nine ancient gold coins from this company. I paid the full amount via bank transfer prior to delivery—as they requested—and also paid for express delivery to my address. Twenty days have passed since then; they have neither delivered the coins nor refunded my money. I sent them several messages; for the first three days, I received only evasive answers, and then they stopped replying to my emails altogether. I even wrote to their manager, but he remains silent. I have never seen anything like this in Europe—in Paris, the capital of France—yet these people are trying to scam me, steal my money, and keep the coins as well.

They sold me a fake 5 franc coin that…
They sold me a fake 5 franc coin that any expert in french coins should have caught easily. After I told them it was fake and provided evidence, it took a week or them to even reply despite multiple emils.
They finally said they would refund me for the coin.
A week later, they still have not refunded my coin. I had purchased some other coins and I paid the final invoice minus the cost of the refund and told them to ship the coins to me. A week later, the invoice still shows as not paid and they havent shipped anything.
Just terrible customer service. They seem to not have anyone monitoring their emails and dont seem to care about it.
