Pleasant Suprise

So, first order of parts for a CFMoto motorbike. Had heard stories about ‘Chinese bike parts availability’ so didn’t know how it would go.
It went very well! Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday. Very Pleased.

Had a brilliant experience dealing with a gentleman named Perry who helped me find a part for a older bike took the time to look things over and explain clearly couldn't fault his work ethic or customer skills extremely happy.

Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service. Have a serious issue with my machine and 3 months of chasing, no help at all.

Oil sump plug fell out after a service at their Authorised Dealer. Who they claim we need to use for warranty purposes (even though law states otherwise, thought best to keep things easy) and now ended up in a deadlock.

Our understanding is that the current dispute relates to the service carried out by the authorised dealer, with the dealer and customer holding differing views about what happened.
