The worse lit thief web hosting company

I purchased a shared web hosting plan but after purchasing it's showing that my invoice is due and all the packages were pending instead of active I'd contacted with them but they told that they didn't received the amount yet I had contacted with my bank they told money is already debited and was credited to their account, I request for a chargeback but it wasn't possible. I again contacted with them they didn't responded to my ticket still now the tickets status shows open.
