No idea on shipping . No response after asking about shipping. No product to rate

Please help! I keep sending emails but know one is responding, the wig is too big and needs to be return or exchange for a new one. I have sent 3 emails. Please let me know what I need to do.

I bought a 32 inch hair with 250 density. The hair arrived 20 inches and 150 density. I returned the hair for my refund. The hair has been tracked as arrived at the warehouse and yet they refusing to refund me . I am still waiting for my money back for something order in August and it’s October now.

I ordered a 200% density 18” HD closure wig and I was very disappointed. The wig seemed to be about $16 inches and the density about 150%. This is my second time buying and I will not be buying from them anymore

Terrible customer service. I ordered my product over a month ago and it has still not arrived. I have tried to contact evri several times and have not been able to get through to them (apparently they are notorious for this). When I asked cexxy hair to communicate with evri directly, the courier they choose and who have also stated on their website that the seller should contact them directly, they refused, stating I should go to the post office and collect my parcel when it has nothing to do with the post office. I don’t know why we have to be complacent with mediocre customer service, if you are shipping your products internationally you must be competent enough to communicate with your customers and other services you employ to run you business! I have requested a refund several times due to their refusal to support me and have been refused. Be weary of cexxy hair, if there is a problem with your order they will not help you!!!!

Loads of good reviews, but take caution ... If this is the same company that sells on Aliexpress, then be a bit cautious. I ordered hair from them, and I did not receive the right length, and as I measured it, they told me I measured wrong. I paid for 28 inches and got 20 inches stretched .. 14 inches curly. I am under the impression that the wig length and the weft length should be exact. Apparently, they take their measurements from the middle part to the ends(which is basically measuring the cap + hair to amount to the length ... not the hair length itself).

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the customer service because they essentially denied they falsely advertised the length of the hair. (Its 8 inches off)
