When I look at the order, and your order confirmation, it seems like there is made an ordre on a "fotobog stor" 21x28cm.
Both price and design on the pages does fit with the taller portrait format in "fotobog stor", so it seems there has been some sort of mistake in the setup when starting the project.

I have probems with order
I have probems with order, i call to cancel my order and the guy who was working at the moment made sure that my order is cancelled and i will get back money, so i fix photos and made another order( first order i noticed that some of the photos was moved from place) and surprise i get two books and pay for both, nobody answers for me after i receive two orders……

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. I ordered some paper samples which, I understood, would arrive with a £10 voucher redeemable against a book order. After some emails and a phone call with a very bad connection I have given up on ever finding, or being resent, the voucher.

BIG DISSAPOINTMENT !!!

For the first time EVER (I have ordered many many expensive books at 100-200 Euro) the product was a completely dissapointment.
Partly my own fault. I chose a product that is NOT suitable for a photobook with several pictures on each page…and I didnt make it a hardcover as I always did before. Book was way to small and the pictures close to the glued area was not clearly visable withou destroying the book. I was such a dissapointment that I HAVE to order 3 NEW books in bigger size and with HARD COVER.
The dissapointment here is the QUALITY of this book compared to the PRICE. The Quality of the pictures was also NOT good like it ALWAYS have been…both the colors and the clearness was not good.
I must advise ANYONE to stick to the bigger books and to choose hardcover. The money you save on the cheaper products is NOT worth it.
I want to say that CEWE is the BEST still and I HOPE they will make me a good offer for 3 NEW HARDCOVER books.

1 day after I talked to them, got seriously understanding service and they gave me a FULL refund for the 3 books as I ordered 3 new ones (in Hard cover) It was 600 kr. more expensive BUT is always worrh it !
THANKS CEWE … it must be one of the best service companies out there. You redeemed you self and 100% deserve 5* …. For the satisfying handling of the matter that was partly my fault also. THANKS !!!

Hvor er vi kede af at høre, at du har haft en skuffende oplevelse hos os :-(
Selve fotopapiret inde i vores softcover bøger (som du startede med at bestille) skulle gerne være tilsvarende fotopapiret inde i hardcover bøger - altså bør det kun være coverets hårdhed, der skiller bøgerne ad!
Det er derfor enormt beklageligt, at dine første bøger ikke levede op til dine forventninger ift. kvalitet - det er bestemt ikke sådan, det skal være at handle hos os! :-(
Hos os har vi 100% tilfredshedsgaranti - og uanset årsag kan man få pengene retur, hvis ikke man er tilfreds jf. denne garanti.
Jeg vil meget gerne refundere dig for de 3 første bøger, men du har desværre ikke vedlagt kontaktoplysninger :-(

The product is of good quality. The Software requires one getting used to it. Not entirely intuitive.
The real disappointment was the delivery came later as announced, so I could not give the present as intended to the date of celebration ☹️

I can see that we have delivered one part of the order, on the first expected date 12/6, and then I can see one part of the order that was delivered one workday later than the latest delivery day that we stated in your orderconfirmation.
Unfortunately we only have estimated delivery dates, and not guaranteed delivery dates - there can be things in either production or shipment that can delay an order, and unfortunately this is the case in one of your shipments.
You always have the 100% satisfaction guarantee, for instance if you can't use the product any longer, please contact us about it if you wish to use that.
