Great service! Collected and delivered straight to my door! Photos turned out great!

I would have given you five stars because the end product is pretty good. However I have made eight photo books with your company over the past few years, often ordering at least two copies, and I have never been sent a discount code for customer loyalty. I stick with it because I roughly understand how to use your platform, but it is a shame you don’t reward loyalty nonetheless.

Most of the photos in the book are great, but there is nearly always a page where the colours are out and too bright. The pages and books are good quality, i do find the original set of pages start off high price. As i buy my books one at a time, i dont get a reduction in price

I selected classic photographic paper and the quality did not disappoint. I liked how thick the pages were. It was easy to track my order and it was delivered on time.
I used their software for mac to design the book and I expected it to be a bit more advanced in the current world of AI but instead I had to do many things manually, this is the only thing that I would still improve. Otherwise great service, and I would order again

App is clunky and crashes repeatedly. Quality of prints is poor

The pictures are printed crooked, blurry with a double outlines, and cutted. 17 pictures, from different sources all with the same problems

Really great service from the start. Book easy to design. After submitting for print I realized that I have made couple of spelling mistakes so I rang CEWE and they just deleted the order and let me correct and place the order again. And they did not want any extra money for new order. Amazing. Many thanks.

Cewe are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The quality of the photobook which I ordered was excellent. A glitch in the ordering process was rectified under Cewe's 100% satisfaction guarentee wirh very little fuss. The final product was excellent and I was very pleased with the result.

There was a printing issue with the first book sent but customer service was excellent and another book was resent in perfect condition a few days later.
