Chloe is the biggest asset to the CETA insurance team!
I had the most fantastic interaction today when I contacted CETA insurance. I initially went through the Live Chat feature which connected me with an agent within minutes. I requested that I be called and within another minute I received a call fromthe lady I was speaking to on Live Chat. She then explained she would transfer me to an agent to discuss my policy. This then took another minute and I was speaking to Chloe.
Chloe could not have been more helpful. When she asked how I was today, I replied, 'very panicked!' and she was so calming and friendly that she made me feel instantly at ease. She was so polite, but had a lot of empathy for my situation. I had made a horrible mistake with my policy and she was able to sort it out for me in the quickest amount of time. I couldn't rate her more highly. She is an absolutely amazing member of the CETA insurance team and an asset to the company. She explained everything to me as she was doing it and provided detailed answers to my questions. She followed through with sending me a confirmation email immediately afterwards to record what we had discussed. The speed of interaction was incredible as Chloe was able to help me within no time at all, and the whole interaction was incredibly efficient. She knew exactly what to ask to help solve my query and was knowledgeable about the situation. She resolved my issue perfectly and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole interaction. Top quality! I am so impressed with the customer service provided today I couldn't give higher praise!

Ripped off with an huge admin fee when cancelling my policy
I made the big mistake of renewing my caravan policy then 2 months later trading it in for a motorhome. I had just paid a renewal premium of £128. When I got my refund back for the 10 months of unused insurance they only gave me £37. Apparently its in their terms and conditions that they charge a ridiculous 'admin fee' for cancellation - even though everything was done online!!! Be warned !!!!!

Caravan Insurance Renewal Result
We had an issue regarding our caravan insurance renewal due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I spoke with Brazo who was extremely helpful and most patient. He liaised with his manager and was able to help us, during our difficult time, come to a perfect agreement. I cannot fault his perseverance and his strong work ethic to resolve the best outcome for us. Bravo Brazo, thank you!

DO NOT USE this company for Swift…
DO NOT USE this company for Swift Caravans insurance. Swift caravans apparently have an issue with panoramic front panel (plastic) and in the extreme heat this year ours has cracked. It will cost around £1600 and CETA will not cover it even though they will cover storm/rain damage!! It makes no sense!!
