This is the worst business I ever dealt with in my life. They seem organised at first. Until you need to claim. I tried to claim emergency services which I paid for. First time I called they said they had no capacity and I should wait a call back. The second time I called the emergency services number they made me answer as many questions as if I was agreeing a new insurance. The third time I called aiming to have the same issue resolved they said there was no contract. 100% there was contract, they are just disorganized. Paperwork claims there is a website to claim emergency services. What they don’t say is this website is under construction indefinitely. In the end I gave up and asked for a refund saying the insurance was a scam. Not a single person in the business contested my allegation. They were quick to partially refund me, but I had asked for cancellation from October since I did not want to lose my 2 year no claim discount. Because they cancelled straight away my policy they caused a big problem. Verdict; run!!!!!

Absolutely crap! Non English speaking staff in my experience or just arrived and not mastered the language... 3 hours to change ONE detail on my insurance policy!!! 3 different staff, 15 minutes to get them to understand my name address and postcode. And I have a policy!! Absolutely unbelievable 🙄 Policy number didn't exist according to them so had to start giving transaction banking dates...STEER CLEAR OF THIS ABSOLUTE SHAM. God knows how any poor soul would go on if they had a claim 😕😕 And they they took £42 For the privilege of a change.

Terrible service - my card was cancelled as this company tried to take a large amount of money from my account and now 6 days later I get an email saying my insurance is being cancelled - no link sent as promised on Monday and now no insurance cover as my card replacement takes 10 days

Totally incompetent company - claims to be in Chipping Norton but far from it !

I called for a home insurance quote and Xander was extremely helpful in explaining the different policies and payment options and supporting me to find the best deal. Xander was very professional and knowledgeable.

Really simple to navigate

When I rang up, I didn't know what I was doing and lucky for me I ended up talking to Yolanda. I couldn't have been in better hands. He sorted everything out for me. He helped me with patience and understanding as I've not had to do this before. The price we ended up with was very competitive and I couldn't fault the service. Well done.
