This group doesn’t even deserve a “1” rating. My first negative experience with them was the inordinate amount of time it took for delivery. I think it was 2 to 2/12 M O N T H S. By that time, I knew the pillow was too thick for my needs. In fact, by that time, my physical therapist had recommended as flat a pillow as I could find. With that, I packaged it back up expecting a refund that -- surprise, surprise! - never came. This is a transaction that began in May 2022 and I am still awaiting the refund of my money.

Take my advice, you can find a more reputable e-retailer.

I feel like this company must have gone out of business. I ordered a pillow in January 2023 and they charged my card right away. About a week ago (over a month after the order) I realized that I never received a shipping notification, and also did not receive the item. Through Shop.com I sent a note to their support team which bounced. I sent a note tot their sales team which also bounced. Their website has also been down for over a week. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I absolutely love CervicalCloud!! I always get a good night's sleep, and wake up feeling so refreshed!

A pillow that is designed to be layed underneath the neck sounds pretty luxurious. The memory foam that this CervicalCloud pillow allows is worth purchasing. Think how much of an overall health and wellness coud come from just accessing this pillow? Would personally reccommend and not just for myself either.
