Horrible driving course platform

This driving course platform is horrible. 1st They want you to record your voice as a form of authentication but if you take a course on a computer that does not have a microphone you are out of luck. For some reason this platform has a difficult time authenticating my voice. Shouldn’t a password suffice? This is a defensive driving course not a level 5 government clearance. 2. When you finish certain sections this platform won’t let you proceed to the next phase even if you clicked on all of the pictures and viewed every item. 3 when they give quizzes at the end of each section they word the questions in a confusing way. They can word the questions easier. I’ll give an example, in one chapter technology would prevent up to 40% of crashes but on the quiz the choices of answers were A) 10% B) 25% c) 0.4% D) 50%. Why would C just say 40% ? It’s little stupid stuff like that. This platform makes the process far more difficult than it has to be!

For New York defensive driving courses, identity verification measures—such as voice biometrics—are required by the State to ensure student participation and course integrity. While we understand this may feel like an extra step, it is part of the regulatory standards all approved providers must follow. A separate microphone or headset isn’t required, as a smartphone or any device with a built-in microphone can be used for this step.

Permit exam

i purchased a permit exam because i already finished the course and i finished the exam and i did not get any emails for certification. also i took this test twice and said i never even finished either of them.

This course is total fraud

This course is total fraud. The system marks your right answer wrong to force you to buy course again. Customer support is of no use and not helpful at all. I just feel like I got scamed.

Very helpful!

Jill made it a fantastic experience especially since the problem was an oversight on my part. My course had expired and Jill was able to get me set up with a new expiration date without my having to pay for a new course. She made it quick and easy!
