Looks like a fraudulent site as none of the agents are ever available. Simulations are not updated. they are just making money.
Looks like the testimonials are added by the team members themselves.
There is no way that you can claim refund. Please don't trust this site.
Today 7/march.. they updated the question bank while deleting 20 questions. So you have 60 questions to practice and that too at least 15 questions are out of context and a few of them even incorrect. SAP exams have only 40 questions. These guys charged US $52 after discount. I raised concerns and they are not willing to refund while making excuses.
Beware of this website please.
