Great to be able to actually talk through issues on the phone with a real live human based in the UK.

Migration of my websites and email addresses had some issues with my old hosting company, but Certa persevered and got it all sorted without any stress on my part.

Everything is working smoothly and I now have the confidence that should I get any problems, Certa will sort it.

I needed some help today setting up a new online business project. I spoke to Darren at Certa, and he really could not have been more helpful. He answered all of my technical questions and provided me with numerous options on how to achieve each of my business and technical objectives.

I really didn't expect Certa to go so far in helping me with my specific aims, but they did and in a friendly and highly informative manner, even advising me on how to save money by making the right choices for my needs. I was feeling a little stressful and overwhelmed by some technical issues when I called, but Darren put me at ease and helped sort out some problems we were having with our design and overall online strategy.

I have used Certa for many years and have recommended many of my clients to them. I have used numerous other providers in the past, but Certa is by far the best on every level, and I'd never use any other company. Furthermore, I highly recommend Certa to anybody looking for website hosting services for website projects large or small.

I migrated my services to Certa this time last week after poor support at my previous host. The transition was smooth with some advice from a chat support and while I had no issue with speeds before, my sites are noticeably faster which is a pleasant surprise

I've worked with most of the big hosts over the years and am still working with 4 of the larger ones, but just wanted to say that you will not find better customer service than at Certa and Ash went above and beyond helping me get Exchange services set up and DNS switched across.

Their support has been fantastic! I spoke with Joel and Eva and they have been amazing!

Also we moved our Hosting from TSO to Certa Hosting and now the website is several times faster!
