This is really more of the same
This is really more of the same, someone from the company did send a few words on WhatsApp then again nothing. It seems they have no intention of replacing the broken items, how ever many photos of labels boxes and broken parts you send them. I think there are certain rights when buying on line, I will be looking into it. So that’s another company in Spain
that does not seem to think customers matter.

I have just telephoned on WhatsApp, spoken a few words (ie English/Spanish issue) to a gentleman at the company who said do not worry I will send two
replacement pots out today!

Well goodness me! I have been extremely fair from the start, have all WhatsApp messages which are mainly my comments. That has been the issue really they have not kept me informed. Think early today I was told do not worry we will send you the tracking number.
I clearly stated in my first review how I had many items previously, they are lovely and I felt confident ordering again?
Truth and information is all most customers ask for, in this case I was informed the replacements were sent out two weeks ago? How could that be when now they say supply issues?
I am a very fair person, of an age where I have been there and done that, including in the retail trade. I am very aware things are often different from a companies perspective, however, if when I reported the breakages, they had come back and said we have a supply issue I would have accepted that and been happy to wait.
I think for a reaction like this from a company, to a good customer, there is something amiss?
I have been the person to keep chasing up, on their site, emails, and WhatsApp call and messages. Not once was I told there were supply issues????
How very rude this person is.
My goodness me! What next? There is no refund zero!
I knew PayPal would be the first to tell me. Sure enough there is no refund been paid back for anything. May be there’s a shortage ? If that is the case I do empathize. Perhaps it’s a staff issue?
There’s one thing about technology, as old as I am I see how useful records are. So I have a complete record of times dates and messages. Not once have I been untruthful, or unfair, Not once did stock availability come into this, or empathy would have been shown by me. Truth will always out, always!
There is nothing remarkable about being truthful and keeping your customers informed, the evidence speaks for itself. All the things said on here by you and by me too! all could have been avoided had you chosen to inform me. I chased for 9 days! I looked at my phone daily, waited for the replacements to arrive, this is where I am laughing now because it’s so absurd! lol 😂
So very very childish.
I am updating due to refund being received for two smashed pots received, so it’s a thank you to Ceramica. I did give the option of replacement or refund even after the palaver, but pleased it’s over
They insist I defamed the company but I do not believe I did so, the words are all here, and in my first review I did say how lovely the items are and I had confidence in ordering again.
I pointed out that no company has 100% success it’s really how you deal with the ones that need your response that matters.
