Very happy repeat customer
I have a fencing business, I have tried many suppliers in the past. I have found Centurion Concrete products to be of the highest quality, this gives me complete confidence when using their products, which is why I have been returning for concrete and panels for a number of years. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. I can highly recommend them.

Once again Centurion Concrete Products…
Once again Centurion Concrete Products did not disappoint.. great fencing products at very competitive prices. Excellent service and very helpful advice.. even offered to make bespoke decking posts for my requirements. Their revolutionary decking posts make my decking jobs so much easier.

Disappointed potential repeat customer
I called Centurion concrete as we had used them previously for fence panels and they had lasted so well. After 9-10 years only 2 of them need replacing. I called and spoke to a lady on the phone and explained that one of my panels wasn't the usual standard size but they had made them for us previously. I gave the measurements and the lady said she wasn't sure if we made them that size. I said they had previously and she said in a rather rude tone that they may of done previously and that things change in the last 9/10 years that we had previously used them and that things change. I said I appreciated that but I wanted to check and use them again as the fence panels have lasted really well. She said she would get back to me. That was 6 days ago (2.9.2024 today) I'm still waiting on that call. I've since gone to another company for my panels as Centurion clearly are not interested in my repeat business. Which is shame. The company I have gone to now. Were very helpful gave them my measurements and came back to me within 30mins of my initial call. Explained they couldn't make the larger size panel and recommended where to get one made (close board arch) I purchased the regular 6x5 size panel from Welches and went with the recommended place for the bespoke panel.

Last week, a close family member was admitted to St. Catherine's, and as a small family-run business, we were heavily impacted by this unexpected emergency. When you called, it was towards the end of the day for our colleague, and unfortunately, we were caught up in the emotional and logistical challenges of the situation. We’ve had a chance to listen to the recording of the phone call, and while the tone didn't come across as intentionally rude, we completely understand that it may have felt that way to you, especially given the circumstances. We are sorry for any miscommunication—that was never our intention, and we regret any frustration this may have caused you.
We genuinely value all of our customers, especially those who choose to return to us. Your loyalty means a lot, and we are disappointed we couldn't meet your expectations this time. We fully understand your decision to go elsewhere, but we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.
