Do NOT use Centric Fiber. Service is not reliable. Customer service doesn't answer their phones. You can select to receive a callback but you will not receive one. Service goes out every/every other month. Speeds never close to purchased amount.

Horrible Horrible service! We have an outage at least once a week for hours! I work from home 3 out of 5 days a week and if I didn't have Hotspot from tmobile I wouldn't be able to earn a living!! Also our streaming of simple apps sucks! It's pixilated. It's the only thing offered in my new home community but will switch back to spectrum as soon as I can!!!!!

Mr. Rozier was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone when I inquired about setting up my home with centric fiber. He was readily available to answer my questions and help me with setup over the phone.

Jonathan was great to work with. He supplied me with back up emails for my further review of various plans to consider. Once I picked a plan, he set it efficiently and answered all of my questions.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! worst internet service i have ever had. not only are they expensive compared to other providers, they are incredibly unreliable. we've had them for 18 months and the service goes out unexpectedly 1-2 times a month for anywhere between 5-24 hours at a time. they also have "scheduled outages" around twice a week and we aren't notified until day of. they never give an estimated fix time and every time I have called to report an outage, they claim to be unaware of it. all of the service interruptions I have experienced with them has also impacted our entire neighborhood (around 500 homes). RUN AWAY!!!!

We have never had a more unreliable internet service. Been using them for more than 2 years, and the Internet goes out at least 2-3 times per week and is down for hours at a time. When the outage is reported, there is never an ETA available. The customer service people are nice, but I’d prefer to have the service that I pay for (never mind the price recently went up $5/month recently) rather than wasting my time that I should be working talking to Centric customer service. If there were other options available to me, I’d switch without batting an eye!

Centric’s service is incredibly unreliable. I work from home, and the constant outages have disrupted my work multiple times, forcing me to cancel and reschedule important meetings.
The internet frequently goes out at random times, including during video calls, leaving me offline for hours. These outages don’t happen occasionally—they occur nearly every other week.
It’s frustrating that despite this poor service, Centric still expects full payment. My work schedule and productivity suffer due to their lack of reliability, and it’s unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone who depends on stable internet for work.

Have had centric fiber for two years now and it seems like once or twice a week my internet goes out and I need it for work. When I reach out to inform they are super nice customer service wise but I don’t have any other options out here where I live and the service is inconsistent. The communication on their behalf isn’t very good as not every one gets a courtesy email or text message letting them know that service is being interrupted. Thankfully, I live a community that can inform me when everyone else is having issues, but having a smart home really interferes with everything because it all relies on the Wi-Fi.
