Took almost 9 months to get my solar installation completed.

The process of getting the panels & battery fitted was fairly straightforward & overall were very pleased. This was done in March 23.

The particular issue we have is the pigeon proofing as there are lots of them where we live & having seen neighbours with problems we were very keen to have this installed. It lasted about a month before the first strong winds blew a large chunk of this away. We were initially told that this had never happened before but then told that it wasn't very good. It's a strips of plastic grill attached with clips. Other proofing I've seen is generally wire mesh panels. After months of asking & being told that this would be fixed I've given up. Happy pigeons cooing & crapping away.

Their timing, support to fill in any forms and to provide the information when required. Anytime I've called for help or had a question for anything at all, it was answered in matter of minutes.
The day of installation, they all arrived on time did the work, which was really clean and super efficient.

Super happy with the work from the team. Murray came to do a survey and was super informative and really didn't do any sales which was great, just did the survey and answered my questions. Solar and battery were installed really quickly and have been performing brilliantly since.

Contacted this company last year, got ten solar panels & a four Kwh battery fitted in December, was installed promptly with zero mess & virtually no inconvenience at all while the work was carried out.
I've waited until now to post a review, just to see if any snags have appeared, and am pleased to report that none have, system working perfectly

Opted for Ian and his company as there was no sales pressure on initial contact. Solar panels and battery were installed by Ian, Bradley and the roofing crew. They were all efficient, tidy and worked hard to complete the job. Response to aftercare enquiries from a company is important and indicates level of professionalism. Ian has always responded to our enquiries and dealt with appropriately. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Gave it a while before writing a review to check it was all working and the roof was not leaking.

Had solar panels plus battery installed.

Murray came out to see the house and sort out a price what we wanted and the price.

It was a two day setup with day one being the roof work with the rails and panels being installed. Iain popped in to see any last minute bits and pieces needed for the next day.

Day two was the inverter, battery and running the cables. Iain were very accommodating with any requests running the cable under the floor rather than on the outside. This took an extra hour meaning the sun had gone for commissioning the solar side.

Again this was no problem came first thing the next day sorted it all out in around an hour.

Would have no worries getting more work done

Had 4kw solar a 5kw battery and today was a good day at the start of March and I got 20Kw so happy with that.

shocking experience, Ian ignored all requests regarding installation, had absolutely no idea how to properly connect CT clamp and how to set it up on installation date and left it connected and set up incorrectly what has been confirmed with EV charger manufacturer, arrived with incorrect circuit breaker, destroyed a few bricks in my wall. When complained about bodge job to Ian he is adamant he has done a good job and he would do everything exactly the same way next time as he always do it this way (I suppose he is always ignoring customer requests and damaging property). Central Scotland Electrical claims to have 30 years in electricity industry, do yourself a favour and check his company history, Ian claims to be Pro-electrician and EV charger expert installer – in my case he had absolutely no clue what he was installing. Moment when he arrives at your property his mind is already on his next job thinking about all of the money he will make by cutting corners and doing poor job. Ian won't provide you with electrical certificate until you pay him in full, when paid in full I received mine and found that cable size is incorrect, DB has wrong location in it, Ian haven’t included alteration he made, I very much doubt any single number there is genuine, it has been almost 3 weeks since I asked for corrected certificate and I’m being ignored. If you read that before accepting his quote do yourself a favour and look somewhere else as you would probably end up paying someone else to correct Central Scotland Electrical work, if you already accepted a quote I still would strongly advice to get it cancelled.

Great Job done on installation of EV Charger. Clean and tidy after completion.

Great service and attention from Ian. We were left in a fix by a contractor and Ian came to our rescue that same day. No hesitation in recommending this company - their number will always be in my contacts list!

Great job… very happy with the results..I would certainly recommend.

Great work, even fixed the brackets for my radiator as a side job!
