Zero stars for after sales service
Next Update: Same procedure as last time. Quick response from Centralepneus: „The issue will be escalated internally.“ Ha, ha, ha … I am still sitting on the wrong tires waiting for my money. If they would solve issues as fast as they respond to trustpilot, everything would be perfect. Only bla bla. No serious actions. Update from last review: The customer service is still unbelievable bad. Centralepneus has delivered the wrong tires. Since weeks I am waiting that the tires are returned and that I‘ll get my money back. Ticket system is slow. Althought stated last time as a response to my complaint, no internal priorization of the issue … only marketing bla bla. I bought the missing tires meanwhile on a competitive platform.

AWOID TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I have bought the the tyres 17 days ago. I have opened the ticket on their client service after 10 days of no delivery. They are forwarding me to their collaborator garage to deal with them or DPD delivery company. I went to garage 2 times and they showed me the my tyres are delivered to another city and waiting in the DPD warehouse. I still do not have any news and no tyres. I will never buy anything from this company and definitely not recommend to anyone. In order to save 20 EUROS, I have already spent 50 EUROS and I still do not have my tyres delivered.
