We were looking for a number of NEFF appliances for our kitchen. Richard helped us choose them and offered specialist advise, advice we felt we wouldn't have received from a big store e.g. Curry's.
He also bettered any price and delivered the items to our door.
Definitely recommended.

I have visited this store many times and really like the range of appliances they stock. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. I would defiantly recommend this store if you are looking to buy any appliances for your home.

Staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient all the way through. We bought a Rangemaster, fridge/freezer and fridge, and they sourced the best prices. They were accurate on their timescales for delivery and fitting, and removed the old items. They advised us on doing our warranties quickly as you only have a month to register the new items.
We certainly would highly recommend them and use them again. Great company to do business with, thank you!

Top quality customer service from the team, ordered one day at 4pm for cheaper price than the internet and delivered the next morning

Instead of spending hours on website and not really seeing what you are buying I decided to go local and visit the large showrooms of Central, where Rich and his team were not only able to advise me but also source the various appliances I needed for my new kitchen and match or beat the prices on the net. Then they held onto them until I needed them and deliver them when I wanted at a reasonable time without me having to be in all day!!

We purchased a dishwasher and fridge - both integrated - Cathy and the team in showroom were great but the star of the show was Neil who fitted them perfectly - he spent 4 hours doing so as he hit a few snags but he was so professional and brilliant at what he did and left nothing unfinished - would highly recommend the end to end service - Pete - brewood

Over a 4month period I've had 4larder fridges 3 off which were faulty each time the staff were very helpful .and exchanged them right away .I'm having my fourth delivered tomorrow. only went down today to choose it .would highly recommend them for their friendly customer service.nothing was to much trouble.😊😊😊

Staff member (Matt) was very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a machine after being advised by Matt on various models. Overall our visit was good and we would definitely use this place again or recommend it to others.

Excellent service from start to finish, from speaking with Rich one day and having my appliance delivered shortly after. The delivery guys Mat & Rob can't thank you enough, you went above and beyond including cleaning the blocked pipes.
Highly recommend, ordered from Capital at Macrome Road, free delivery and such a minimal cost to take you old machine away and install your new appliance, and also give you a quick run through on the usage and cleaning the filter.

Once again thank you, I wouldn't purchase from anywhere else.
