I ordered an item cost €745.70 in September 2024. It cancelled the order but still secretly deducted the amount from my account! I just found this January 2025 and requested to refund but have not received any reply from them. They are scam? Or they are going to bankrupt?

Tractor Mower

We purchased a tractor mower and had problems with it when in was delivered, to which Centrale Brico responded quickly. Sadly we then encountered further problems which Centrale Brico contacted the manufacturer and eventually the problem was resolved. Cannot thank Centrale Brico enough for their prompt and efficient service.
