As I said above, love the central crafts range and quality of goods. And authenticity of what you buy. Customer service is very good and personal. Only critique would be often website isn't up to date with what is/isn't in stock - which can cause disappointment as you only find out after you've placed the order. But then the customer service to let you know is good and if you are prepared to wait, given Products are authentic and shipped from Bali, all good. It's not a complaint more something I think would make your lives easier if front end web matched back end deliverables! All around love the product and Charlotte is great at dealing with queries etc so would fully recommend and am a repeat buyer.

Ordered the ukulele ceramic mug. (515706) One of the tuning pegs was broken off when received here in the US. Mug plus shipping was $55. Quality of the mug was ok.

Certainly not worth that kind of money even without the damage. Disappointed with the results. All the worse as it was a gift to a friend.

Website was good. Shipping was quick. Results less than satisfactory.

I ordered a Rustic Beach Antique Pastel Reclaimed Cube Storage Box. It arrived looking as fantastic as it did in the pictures. It is a quirky unusual piece that everyone admires when they see it.

Bought this for a wedding 3rd wedding anniversary present to put pictures of recently purchased property that had to be renovated . It is perfect for a leather anniversary and not overly expensive . Very pleased and am sure the coiners will feel the same..

I ordered 3 photo albums from central crafts and they are beautiful and of an excellent quality. There was a slight glitch on their webpage giving out the wrong stock information which was rectified through email. They were so quick to respond, really friendly and took the time to help me make the right decision about my order. I would confidently order from them again and I recommend anyone else too! They have the most beautiful selection of albums, gifts and furniture.

Fantastic customer service could not speak more highly. When I received the product it exceeded my expectations! It was so beautiful, definitely worth every penny. Delivery was also very quick and they offered pick up from a local collection point which was so convenient if you aren't going to be home. Would 100% buy from Central Crafts again.

Beautiful high quality photo album with embossed lettering of our choice.
Arrived on time and was a perfect wedding present.
Would have preferred the option for a few more letters embossed in order to fit the bride and groom's first names on rather than just their initials.

I called CentralCrafts to enquire when a particular Elephant album would be in stock and was told that a new supply would not be available until much later in the year. I needed it sooner rather than later so decided to choose another Elephant album. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. I paid for the album over the phone and received it by courier the following day which I had not expected.
If I am ever looking for another album, I would definitely have a look at what you had first.

I bought this journal for a friend going into the RAF to write his thoughts and achievements . It didn't disappoint. The leather is lovely and the pages have a vintage feel while being modern. He loved it
