Very pleased with the service from CentralCrafts. Album I wanted was out of stock but they were very clear when it would arrive and said that they would send it out immediately. They followed and I received it very quickly.

The products are presented accurately online and delivery is swift. Instructions for engraving are simple and straightforward and the prices while still quite expensive are reasonable.

I've ordered from this company many times and been very happy with the service they provided on every occasion. The products I've ordered (photo albums) have all been very high quality & absolutely beautiful. Much better than any I've seen in high street stores, which is why I've remained a customer. Delivery has always been quick and the company have kept me up to date with the status of my order. I've never had any problems with payments. I would recommend this company to all.

I ordered a beautiful leather journal. I was really pleased with the quality. Shipping did take a lot longer then stated, but this is not uncommen for delivery to Norway.

I ordered a refillable leather sketchbook. Been looking for ages for one that was attractive and functional that didn't cost a small fortune. The products on the website were lovely things in themselves, reasonably priced and delivered without delay.

I ordered some photo albums for a family project for Christmas. They arrived very quickly, sturdily packaged and the quality was superb, well above anything I had hoped for. I would deal with them anytime. Really good quality products, reasonable prices, can't recommend this company highly enough!

I ordered a journal from this company. It arrived as described and I am pleased with the purchase. It took much longer than anticipated to arrive, but did so in the nick of time. The service I received while waiting was acceptable.
