produit qui ne correspond en aucun cas à ce qui est présenté que se soit la coupe la taille la qualité même gratuit je prends
Service client qui me propose de le garder en échange d’un remboursement partiel de 10% soit 3)40 quel respect du client au delà de la qualité médiocre du produit
Ne vous faites pas avoir belle photo bien ajustée mais produit très loin d’être beau
Sur Shein ou Temu il y’a les mêmes pour 9€et peut être qu’il sont mieux…….

Service client désastreux

Service client désastreux. J'ai commandé un pantalon puis me suis rendu compte que la couleur n'était pas la bonne. Je contacte donc le service client dans la minute pour leur demander d'annuler la commande. Ils me répondent 5 jours plus tard pour me dire qu'ils ne peuvent pas traiter mon annulation car le délai est dépassé. Une catastrophe ce site. Je ne recommande pas.
