This is an update to my previous review (below) where I complained that I did not get my money back for an order that was not delivered. In fact, it turned out that I had gotten my money back, but had not realized it. The non-refunding seemed to be related to a software problem. However, the difficulties I had in contacting them seemed to be a feature of their software. Cases are closed very quickly, so when I tried after a few days to respond to their emails, I got a reply that the case was closed. After writing my complete story in their contact form, I got a message that refunds were done automatically and a question if this was somewhat related to my question. When I said yes, the case was immediately closed, ignoring the fact that the automatic refund had not happened and I had to start anew retyping everything again.

Conclusion: After all, the people where helpful, even before I wrote the review. For that reason, I have upgraded my rating to three stars. However, one should beware of software problems and that saying that one of the suggested solutions is even remotely relevant will immediately close the case. In all, it took a long time to get things settled.

In december 2022, I ordered and paid a game at the Celtic Web Merchant, but never received it. Early March 2023 I got an email that the order was canceled. However, 7 weeks later, I still did not receive the money pack that I paid with the order.
I have tried to contact the company several times about this, but never got an answer, and when I tried to give them feedback, I got a message, that the ticket had been closed. CelticWebMerchant provided me with the worst customer service I have ever had with an internet vendor.

I have yet to receive my parcel, despite purchasing it more than two weeks ago, despite the fact that status is 'delivered'...but remains in NL!?
I have tried the various online methods to resolve but going round in circles and getting nowhere.

My order was returned to sender, seems DPD do not transport weapons ( why would a company trading in weaponry use such a courier) When I complained I was offered free shipping & 10% off my next order, and then a full refund even though I never asked for one ! My previous order was left outside my property as Parcelforce failed to update their track & trace. Free shipping & discount off my next order?......no such order will ever be placed again. I also expect I will be left waiting for my supposed refund. 7 days in, no goods & no money !

I had a problem receiving a gladius that I ordered as it was returned to sender, I informed Celticwebmerchants, recieved a very nice reply and was refunded immediately, I found this company very honest and helpful, thanking you, R. Buckingham
