CULLIGAN WATER FILTERS
Culligan service a water filter I had installed very many years ago. Since the installation the company has changed hands a few times but Culligan are still providing the same excellent customer service I've had from day one. They keep track of the yearly service and remind me when it's due , organising with me when the engineer can call. The service is always done at the designated slot and the guys are excellent at giving advice and answering any questions I have. If you require a water filter in your home DEFINITELY consider a call to Culligan Water before you make any decisions.

Service review
Technician rang before arrival and was on time. He was friendly completed the service professionally with minimum fuss. He gave me feed back on the service. the timer was off probably due to power cuts which we had over the last year.

The booking was not confirmed I was…
The booking was not confirmed I was told it would be Monday 22. That was about 2 weeks prior to the date. Being a Monday the booking should have been confirmed before the end of the previous week with an estimated time given ie morning or afternoon as it was I wasted a whole morning and got 10 minutes notice the service man was arriving.

Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic, whenever I contact staff are lovely and friendly,was happy enough with the water system been serviced, only thing was the technician was very odd, didn't really want to have a conversation or small talk just a question and expected a yes or no answer suppose everyone is different,some people are just quiet.
