Good delivery. The down pipe Leaf Separator (Compact) 2000440UK fits easily and looks neat, but water does tend to splash out a bit - tweak of the design is needed for it to work well.

The service and products from Celtic Water UK were excellent, sadly let down by their courier company, who had by the look of it thrown the box around several times and then promptly delivered it to the wrong place where it sat in the rain. Not impressed to say the least.

The service we had was second to none. Our 18 year old water tank's tap had corroded making it very difficult to use. For the first time in all these years we'd emptied it and wondered if we were expecting a miracle in trying to acquire and fit a new tap. Luckily we had the receipt and Andrea read my email, gave me all the info I needed and within a few days these two octogenarians had not only got the correct tap delivered but also fitted to the tank. The next day it rained! Fantastic, kind. helpful efficient service. Thank you.
