This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have read several reports from several people having the same treatment from customer service.

About two months ago the live chat was muted, with no explanation. I have emailed repeatedly and asking what the reason is. I have asked if my account is suspended, many times with no reply.

At this time they started rejecting all my withdrawals, with no explanation or reply from customer service.

I wrote several lengthy emails, asking again why I have not been informed if my account is suspended.

Eventually the emails became desperate since I needed the withdrawal for groceries for me and my son.

After that, one withdrawal was approved.

I have not been answered by customer service, at all, for two months, for the reason I am muted or why my withdrawals are rejected.

I figured the account can't be suspended since one withdrawal was approved and they have gladly accepted several hundred dollars in deposits.

Today I tried to withdraw again. To three different wallets. All keeps getting rejected. Live support still muted.

I have emailed them that I want my account shut down immediately and my deposit refunded. I am however pretty certain they will not help me with this since it's very common for them to mute players and ignore their emails.

A todo casino with a todo support whos takes cares of us guys. So i recommend at 100%

Don’t trust any comments about high RTP. They are lower than default. On hacksaw, the default is around 96%. Open any hacksaw game and you’ll see that they have purposely lowered it to around 94%. Why do this? Your competition has higher RTP. Anybody with half a brain would play elsewhere. It’s a shame that these casinos aren’t happy with the guarunteed win (high RTP). They want even more. You could have had a great and loyal customer if you just left the settings alone. Don’t be greedy!

They scammed me out of 300$, They add rules into the deposit bonus such as not allowing bonus buys. Asked them to delete my account due to the illegally false advertisement and I was met with a message that said i was banned from messaging support! All of this is recorded on my live stream Kick/Pastify . I expect a response before i have to report you to the license holder and get your broke casino shut down.
