Loses connection frequently &randomly
Bought this for a trip to Japan, so far we've been in a big city (Osaka), and the connection has already been unreliable, it often randomly just disconnects, I haven't really figured out why, sometimes if I toggle the data / SIM on and off, it reconnects again, but sometimes it takes minutes before reacting, really annoying. And this is in a big city where connectivity should be no problem.

Horrible Experience
I’m in Indonesia right now and I bought an esim that is usable for the country. However, I couldn’t use it at all though my esim was activated properly, and at the end I had to buy another esim. I literally thrown away some money.

I used a 50% coupon to buy a plan, which the app accepted. It displayed the final price divided by half, but once you I was ready to pay, the actual price displayed was NOT with the coupon, meaning they charged me TWICE the expected price!!
