Fast and efficient

It was easy to find the phone we were looking for at a reasonable price. The service was fast and efficient, the phone arrived within two days, exactly as promised, and the condition is pristine, also as promised. I'd use Cell Crazy again.

Honest & trustworthy

Honest & trustworthy, I sold my iPhone to this company and i got my money within 2 days after delivery. Firstly I was in doubt for sending my phone to a company whom i don't know as i had a really bad experience with another company before but i must say cellcrazy have restored my faith. I have already recommended them to all my colleagues.

Very happy with service provided by Harry, Bought few phones from Cellcrazy for my staff. We received them in the time frame provided to us all all phones are like new and working fine with no issues. Our company will definitely use them again for future purchases!

Honest and very helpful

Honest and very helpful, I found it very easy to sell my phone on their website, received my postage pack next day as i am in bit of doubt so i call them before sending my device and they answered all my questions over the phone politely and I received my money in my account the next day my phone got delivered, thanks guys

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, sold my iPhone to cellcrazy,received packaging the next day. Sent my device and I received my money next day in my account. At first I was in doubt as I really had a bad experience with another company but Cellcrazy was really helpful and trustworthy, i will definitely recommend them

WORST PLACE FOR A PHONE REPAIR

MY LAST REVIEW IS NOT THE EXPERIENCE I RECEIVED.
I thought ‘cell crazy’ was going to be really helpful and useful.. I am very wrong, it’s been nothing but return after return to the shop!
First of all had to get one screen replaced, ok the back of the phone was also smashed it’s a work phone (used on a building site) so just needed the front screen fixed.. 2 weeks later ( dropped it) screen smashed.. went back into the shop to get another one as the first service was good and was my fault the screen smashed.. THE PRICE HAD GONE DOWN.. hmmm.. after giving the cash (had a baby to deal with didn’t count in front of him again my mistake said I was £20 short gave him benifit or doubt gave him another £20 so ended up newly paying the same as last time as I checked my cash when I got home and I defiantly gave the correct amount first off.. again my mistake.. (just be careful)
At the same time I brought in another phone as I had a tech issues with it.. after having it weeks it finally got fixed.. to bring it home the next day doing the same thing.. went back in waitied another week (the manager is really nice) tried everything and said it they couldn’t fix it I would get a refund and they may be able to buy it off me.. managed to sort it.. a week and a half later the problem occurred again.. if I’m honest I was embarrassed to take it back again so left it.. went in a month later to ask how much they would buy it for it’s been sat in my cupboard draw for a month said NOTHING the battery won’t charge! It came out of their worse then it went in..
Oh and the other phone the screen wasn’t on properly flashing lights behind again couldn’t robot have a phone for another week whist they sorted it.
Always said they would call me I always had to call them weeks later and couldn’t ever get through so had to go in every time.
My patients with this place is up!
Nice enough people but a shocking service! I’m sure they wouldn’t want a service to not be carried out but paid hundreds or pounds

Supportless

I bought a new Dell Latitude 3500 laptop from Cellcrazy.co.uk via ebay.co.uk on March 2020.
When I tried to check a warranty and drivers for my laptop in Dell site by service tag, it turned out that the service tag of my laptop is wrong or fake – there is not this service tag in the Dell database.
Dell support asked me to provide an invoice for my order. They can’t resolve my problem with service tag without an invoice.
I asked Cellcrazy people to send me an invoice on April 2020. I asked many times. I have not received an invoice yet.
Besides, now Windows 10 Pro began to show messages that my Windows license is ending. It is not possible because Dell Latitude 3500 is sold only with Windows 10 Pro – it should have a digital endless license in BIOS. I suppose that the laptop has not this digital license for some unknown reason but had a temporary 6 months license.
I do not recommend Cellcrazy.co.uk. These people are irresponsible and non-professional.

Hi Cellcrazy. I wrote email to this "support" address on 10 august and did not receive a reply.
Also I wrote many messages to your ebay profile. And on ebay I receive replies with promises but did not receive an invoice. Now I have also a license problem. Thank you very much for the "help".

Update 14/08/20
Dell support have resolved service tag problem. I persuaded them to resolve this without an invoice.
Windows 10 license issue was due to windows being installed by CellCrazy with temporary KMS license, not an OEM. I found this solution myself on Microsoft site.
By the way, yesterday CellCrazy once again promised me to make an invoice today and resolve Windows license problem. And once again they did not keep their promise.

I would like to repeat: CellCrazy want only to sell you something. Once you've bought something from them, you won't get any support.

Excellent service

Excellent service, much better than other recycling companies who promise high prices and then reprice them at a very low price, sold my 2 iPhones to them and got the price offered to me online.great service definitely recommended.

Extremely disappointing experience

I had a return authorised for an unwanted item which I then returned at my own cost over six weeks ago & have Royal Mail confirmation of receipt. Despite numerous messages back & forth advising my refund is being processed I have still not received my refund & now they have blocked me Instagram - avoid at all costs

Hi Cell Crazy, in response to your reply I ordered the item 29/4 & first contacted you via email on 24/5 to ask to return the item unused as it was not what I was expecting (I acknowledge this was my misgiving not yours) - as explained at the time I had been poorly during this period hence the delay in contacting you. You agreed to the return on 13/6 & have confirmed receipt of the item but to date I am yet to receive a refund. I would suggest you contact your bank or merchant provider if you have genuinely made payment to me as I have not received it.
