Dodgy clothes dodgy company
Cant believe I was scammed. I was under the assumption that this company provided good quality dresses as per their business instagram site. But this is far from the truth. Definitely a scam site that sells horrible quality garments, steals images from other original companies. I couldn't believe the dress I received was like a piece thin cloth. The returned policy is a sham they want $50 usd for me to return the 2 items, and according to some people their money was never returned! They are not getting a cent from me again. Will tell all my friends and family to never trust this site. Social media need to be more vigilant to stop these scam companies from operating on their platforms.

Stay away from this company
This company is the biggest scam. Don’t buy from them. The dress I received is different to what is pictured on their website. They are now being difficult and it is obvious it is a scam. They will reply to this review asking me to get back in contact with them to resolve it but they won’t. I’ve lodge a chargeback for the transaction with my bank.

They steal dress photos from other premium brands like House of CB, and send you a cheap SHEIN dupe instead. I reported the issue to their customer service and requested a refund as their listing is misleading and the item was counterfeit. They said I could return the dress for a shipping fee of 50 DOLLARS!!!! Never got my money back

Terrible quality dress and poor service
I purchased a maternity dress for my baby shower… it arrived while I was in hospital with pregnancy complications. When I finally got out of hospital and was able to try the dress on, I was shocked at the poor quality of the material. The dress was completely see through and I’ve had better quality from shein for £10 and I paid over £50 for this dress.
I sent a polite email explaining the situation and why I was 2 days out of the 14day returns period.
They would do absolutely nothing apart from offer ‘product tips’ & ‘care guidance’ and I can safely say no amount of tips, tricks or care guidance would improve the quality of that dress. Horrendous and will never purchase from them again

After some issues with receiving my garment, I was finally able to try it on this morning. I’m very glad I didn’t pay full price for my item. The arm holes sit so high into the arm pit, it is not a flattering cut. Secondly, the packaging was poor. It was squished extremely tightly into a bag with a ridiculous amount of packing tape. Which meant the dress came extremely wrinkled (Not ideal for a knit garment). Thirdly, no tag on the garment at all. Not even a sewn on one. The actual feel of the garment felt very cheap too and didn’t feel like a dress that was upwards of $100aud at full price.
I like the style of Celina the Label but unfortunately, won’t be purchasing from here again. I would find similar quality shopping on Shein.

Absolutely horrendous, it’s basically worse than shein material / grade products and they do not offer refunds.
Shein pretending to be a luxury brand and stealing media content and pictures of the clothes from babyboo and similar brands. Then sending products that are see through, untrue to size or simply not the same product that they are advertising..

I would give Celina no stars if that was an option. I waited nearly a month for the dress to be delivered, and paid £120 for the dress, which I don't think is that cheap. it is the worst fitting, cheapest material I have ever seen for the dress. It's meant to be maxi but it only comes to halfway down my shins (I'm 5ft4 so hardly tall!). Then when I go to return it, I have to pay an additional £50 to return!! On their website they say easy returns, but it is absolutely far from it. a complete scam of a website - no wonder they don't make their reviews public. Absolute shambles of a company

Basically a scam
Bought a dress for just over £50. Quality was awful with frayed seams, etc and the strap came already snapped. Tried to return and they were trying to make me pay shipping costs of 50 USD. For the price they’re selling SHEIN-like quality and basically don’t offer returns.
