Great bra, so comfortable- particularly the wide straps and back. However customer service is the real plus. My first choice was too large - messaged Olivia who arranged a replacement - no questions asked, no need to return the original. I will order more and so will the friend I have the original too!

Worst bra ever
Worst bra ever. Took ages to arrive. I do not understand why designers think that women who are more ample want a thick strapped, ugly bra with with 4 hooks that is difficult to do up. Unfortunately, I can't return now.
The reply below suggests they helped me to resolve the issue and were in contact with me. They never helped me with anything, including a replacement. As stated, because I left the return for too long, they were going to refund me anyway. I certainly didn't want another wide strapped, ugly bra. Don't be caught, girls.

We’re surprised to read this review, particularly as our team has already assisted you with the fit issue and arranged a replacement to try to resolve the problem you experienced.
We completely respect that a particular bra style may not suit everyone. Wider straps, additional hooks and a broader band are intentional features in some of our fuller-support styles, as they are designed to provide greater stability, coverage and support.
That said, describing the product as the “worst bra ever” without mentioning that our team did assist you and provided a replacement does not give the full picture of the experience.
We’re always happy to receive genuine feedback about design preferences, including requests for slimmer straps or fewer hooks, and we will continue passing this kind of feedback to our product team.

I was sceptical about this product, I hate wearing underwire bras, they’re so irritating and I listened to all online hype about these bras, and thought why not buy one and see for myself. OMG the best bra I have ever purchased and definitely recommend them to anyone.

Poor Customer Service
Order received but product didn't fit. Completed the online form to request an exchange. Received an email back after a few days suggesting a replacement. Replied straight away to accept their recommendations. After two weeks and four chasing emails to customer service, i have still not had any reply or confirmation that a replacement has been sent but am still receiving emails asking me how i like my new bra!
I'm now at the point where i am going to request a chargeback from the credit card company as they just do not respond.
edit - following the reply from the company to Trustpilot i immediately supplied the requested information. another week later and I have still not had a reply from them. They can respond to Trustpilot reviews the same day but then continue to ignore paying customers - shocking service!

From what you’ve described, you completed the exchange form, received a recommendation from our team and replied to accept it. If you then sent further messages and did not receive a response, we absolutely want to locate that conversation and check what happened with the replacement.

Beware!! Receiving a refund is impossible!
Before purchasing 2 bras from this company I read their refund policy, refund ensured if returning within 30 days. The bras sis not meet expectations so I applied for a refund on 21/09, I’m still awaiting a prepaid return label. The company offer you an exchange / 30% back and you keep the items, or it will cost you £9.95 to return. I requested a refund, I’ve heard nothing more from them, despite several emails from me. Would never buy from this company again.
EDIT after writing this review and receiving the response below I received an email from the company acknowledging my frustration the same day! They informed me a return label had now been requested and would be sent to my email address, 4 days later, guess what, STILL NO RETURN LABEL!

After you submitted your return, we reviewed the fit issue, offered alternative options, and then provided the standard return information once you confirmed that you wanted a refund instead. When you queried the £9.95 return fee, our team also explained what that fee covers and asked for confirmation before progressing the return.
You subsequently confirmed several times that you wanted to continue with the return, and your prepaid return label request has now been submitted. The label and return instructions will be sent separately once generated.
We completely understand that you would have preferred a faster and more straightforward return process, and we have noted that feedback.
However, it would not be accurate to say that you received no further communication from us after requesting the refund, as our team has been corresponding with you and progressing the return throughout.
We hope the return label reaches you shortly so this can now be completed.

I ordered 3 bra in Small but realized it was still too big so I planned on sending it back. I emailed my concerns and after a few days, Molly replied and suggested a different style with an XS option. She sent it to me and it was a perfect fit! They actually read my email and offered a solution for my concerns that ultimately lead me to my forever brand of bra. Utter scam
Utter scam, after multiple emails I still can’t return my goods. I don’t want to exchange them as I can see from the product design no sizing in the bra will suit me. Shapewear sizing is so small I couldn’t even try it on. G string has horrible tight elastic around the top I didn’t even try it on. Terrible quality items, you could buy better literally anywhere

I ordered my first bra off this site and was completely satisfied with the fit and the feel. When I ordered 2 more I ordered the incorrect fit. Customer service has been amazing. Prompt response's to my emails, follow up messages and the correct bras are now on their way. Emily has been so helpful. I forget that I am actually wearing a bra. Gone are the red marks and painful wires digging in my skin. I can definitely recommend this company.

Well I have finally found the bra that has solved my continuous back problems, the fitting and comfort is amazing and have even worn to the gym (using a tighter hook! )
I had an issue with 2 incorrect bras which was dealt with by the lovely Chloe in a very professional and friendly way, Chloe arranged two replacements through there perfect fit guarantee, all correspondence were responded to very quickly and efficiently.

Awful - avoid
What’s really odd is that Celeste D’or asked for more info on my precious review to be able to investigate but in reality it was to have the review removed. Avoid at all costs. Returns are not accepted, it’s just a front for a relentless pushback negotiation. The product was poor and ill fitting. I measured myself and the product was too small but I’d ordered the right size. The produce was overall not the quality expected so I wanted a return. I’ve gone through 3 different process’ replied to multiple emails, just saying every time I want a return and they are gate keeping. I will now be raising a charge back as the supplier is impossible to deal with and not upholding the terms stated on their website. The hundreds of reviews all saying the same should be a real concern. I would assume a large volume of positive reviews are bots as the product is awful and the customer service is non-existent.
Weeks of terrible service - I just want they things gone but they won’t give me the address.

Although, they can have a 1 for the fact that somebody does reply to emails.
However, the fact that the first size I selected did not fit and did not support - they did what they said they would and sent the next size they suggested and I can keep all 4 bras.
However, the next size still didn't fit, so I asked for a return and refund.
However, due to their 'perfect fit' policy - they have kept to their part of their policy and no bras can be returned and no refund is offered.
As I said to them, how can it be a perfect fit policy, when the bras don't fit? However, I do not believe I will receive a refund.
They have offered me a 50% discount on any other products I might want to buy. But strangely, I do not want to and will not be buying any more products.
My computer also won't let me open their website or their policy link as it suggests this is a scam website.

We’re disappointed to see this review because it leaves out an important part of what happened.
When the original bras did not fit, our team worked with you over several emails to understand the coverage and support you were looking for. You provided your measurements, shared an example of the type of coverage you wanted, and after reviewing everything, our team recommended the Plus Size Seamless Soft V-Neck Wireless Full Support Jelly Bra in 4XL. You then confirmed that recommendation and asked for both replacements in Black.
Those two replacement bras were then arranged under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, with no need for you to return the original bras.
We completely accept that the replacement may still not have been the right fit for you, and we understand why that would be disappointing. However, it is not accurate to suggest that the Perfect Fit Guarantee was not honoured or that our team simply refused to help.
We also want to address the suggestion that our website is a “scam.” Browser security warnings can arise for a variety of technical reasons and do not, by themselves, establish that a business or website is fraudulent.
You are of course entitled to share your experience and your opinion of the products, but we believe it is important that the full sequence of support provided is also represented fairly.

I bought several bras which are super quality and so comfortable I had an issue with one of the bras after the second wash and they replaced it for me .

The new bras came and they fit much better! I loved that they did not require me to return the bras that did not work. I like the overall fit, But with every bra I’ve tried there is No breast separation. I get the uno boob quickly. I love the no wire part, but I wouldn’t mind having a strip between the boobs that would keep them separate. I wear a 36 DD bra and they are saggy. Go back to the drawing board and produce this bra and I’ll be a customer forever. And I have friends and relatives with the same issues. That’s the reason for the less than perfect score.
