No warranty

Three months ago, I bought a pet toy ball for my cat, but it doesn't work anymore. The product doesn't meet the operating warranty, and the seller doesn't cover returns or repairs within the warranty period. The purchase was disappointing. I don't recommend their products to anyone.

I purchased 2 Splashland Playmats and…

I purchased 2 Splashland Playmats and my kitty's showed no interest in them at all. I have requested a refund and a return slip, but they want a picture to resolve the issue. Unbelievable! The kitty's show no interest in the mats, plain and simple. Don't buy from Celery Pets.

Incorrect items received

I ordered two pet hair removal brushes, and received two window cleaning brushes. Followed up with them, and despite clear photo evidence that I did not receive what I paid for, they are adamant that they sent the correct item.

27/08/2025 Update: They eventually sent a replacement but still sent the incorrect items. So now I have four of the incorrect item!

Sells fake products

Bought a cat sumo wrestling toy from them and received a fake version of it. Different texture sleeve to the photo, no finger cutouts on the inside, no catnip pouches and no crinkle ears. Avoid at all costs!

I just received the YoPoll Antarcking…

I just received the YoPoll Antarcking Wrestler, but I have several issues with the item:
1. Missing Catnip Sachets & Pockets
Your product listing clearly states “7 integrated catnip pockets” and shows images with 7 catnip sachets included. However, I did not receive any sachets, and there are no visible pockets in the toy to insert them. This is misleading and makes the product feel incomplete.
2. Item Appearance is Different from the Photos
The product I received looks quite different from the images. In the pictures, the cat appears large and fluffy. What I received is smaller and softer. When I put my hand inside, the material doesn’t provide much protection — my cat bites through it quite easily, which is painful and doesn’t reflect the quality I expected for the price.
3. Product Features Do Not Match the Listing
The image shows that fingers can be inserted into a specific area on the toy for interaction, but in reality, it only functions as shown in the first image. There is no opening where it should be.

Overall, the item does not match the description, photos, or features advertised, and I feel disappointed with the purchase. I would like to request a refund.

Also, I tried to leave a comment on your Facebook page to ask about this issue, but my comment was deleted and I’ve been blocked from interacting further.
Is this how your company handles customer concerns? It feels extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, I bought my cat a chirpy chase, a bit of wire with a feather on it, it was meant to stick to the floor but the base is too light, one disappointment cat. Absolute crap
Update it broke and it’s in the bin😞

I gave one star because there is no option for none. Scammers. Don’t buy anything from them. I haven’t received the order and never heard back from them. As a response to my several e-mails I have the same automatic generated e-mail. Lost £15

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!😡

Cat comb totally useless

I bought a cat comb. It is absolutely useless. The ads made it look so good. I guess I just fell for the lies! Tried several times to contact them and request a refund - no replies. Do not trust this seller.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. I purchased an item for my cat and after a month have still not received it. I emailed them and I get the same response no matter what. It states delivery usually takes ten days. It’s been over 30 and each time I emailed them I got the same exact response saying it takes ten days no matter what my email to them says. I’m starting to think this is a bogus company. Do dissatisfied that their customer service doesn’t have a phone number.

I ordered 2 Ocean Breeze Splashland-2…

I ordered 2 Ocean Breeze Splashland-2 different sizes. The order came but was missing one of the items. I tried contracting hem many times via their email address and got the same exact response about it taking up to 10 days to deliver and check the tracking number. I don't know if an actual human responses or if they have an automated set up that just send the same response no matter the issue. If it's a human they clearly aren't smart enough to response to customers issues. I finally contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge of the item I didn't receive. Maybe the credit card company will have better luck dealing with this company. I really want the item so they can either put the missing item in the mail or get my money back

Brushes ordered for my cats

Item ordered for my cats 14th July. No confirmation e-mail, nothing.
Today 19th July I received my cats brush, tried it out & it performed as per advert. Very happy with the product.

3 weeks to get the order to shipment stage

I ordered 3 items on June 22nd. I got an email yesterday (July 14th) saying the shipment is on the way - which hopefully it is - but it took 3 weeks to get an order to shipment? That's crazy. Order arrived on July 26th. Item quality just ok. I won't be ordering from Celerypets again.
