Food safety is an issue.
The delivery just put the whole frozen food box outside the postal area (where my delivery address is door to door and most of the delivery people did so).
No phone call is made to me for the delivery for prompt take up of the frozen food, even though i have explicitly leave this comment in the delivery instruction.
The ice is melting when I go to the post area to pick my food (after I check DPD delivery record myself and saw the photo)

While all our orders are packed in heavy-duty, temperature-controlled insulated boxes designed to keep products safely frozen for up to 36 hours during transit, we take your report of melting ice very seriously. If any of the items inside have been compromised or defrosted, please let us know by replying to our email. We will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

The quality is very good

Great delivery , got tracking, packed it up so nicely!!
It was great because it got tracking delivery, it was nice for me to be able to plan my day around it. The package came with ice to keep everything nice, cool and fresh. :)
I’ve got the salmon sashimi, sweet prawns and abalone. Everything was so nice and great for a day where I don’t wanna cook haha

The experience is exceptional. I wouldn’t expect frozen items to arrive home solid frozen under 30 degree in the UK. I also love the bulk-buy deal they have - if you are a big meat eater, definitely go for bulk buy meat. Their sashimi selection is great too. If I ever need to host a sashimi party, they’re my go to.

Out of stock notice on delivery
So disappointed when my parcel arrived as the products I ordered were out of order again. It was not the first time that happened. I wish I was told it was out of stock when I made my order.
