With just a single email, I was given two options: compensation or return. I chose to return. As soon as I sent the product back, my return process started, and within 10 days I received another jacket in medium size.

I saw a low price and bought the Fjallraven Nuuk Parka Black from CelebsCostumes. I thought it would be a replica or first copy, but wow the quality is amazing! Although the delivery was slightly delayed, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful throughout.Initially, I was worried after reading some negative reviews online, but my experience turned out to be excellent. The parka I received is genuine, high-quality, and exactly as described. From warmth to fit, it exceeded my expectations in every way.Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. FRUAD WARNING: Please report this fraudulent company to the FTC and your state attorney! Call your bank to dispute the charge if you did not receive your item or a full refund on time! They sell the Fjallraven Nuuk Parka at a discount, but it is not an authorized seller, does not have stock, and never actually ships it!

I strongly advise all customers who have used this website or have been a victim of this fraud to contact the FTC, your state attorney general's office, and your bank to dispute your transaction, and ask them to lock and cancel your old card and issue a new one. And terminate your email address used to complete the order.

I have reported their company and website to the FTC, and below is my letter to them. :

In January, I purchased the Fjallraven Nuuk Parka from Celeb Costumes.

This item was previously listed as a January-only offer and is now listed as a February-only offer on their website, with a 17% discount from the original price of $359.00 to $299.00.

My bank's debit card initially rejected the payment due to potential fraud (perhaps the bank system had previously detected issues with this company), but I overrode it, and the transaction of $299.00 was completed.

According to their shipping policy, "Usually orders are delivered between 3-6 working days, we will be in touch with you via email to keep you informed about the status of your order." However, after 9 days, I still have not received the order.

Their so-called 24/7 support number is dead, and their email support did not respond to my inquiry about whether the item had been shipped or if a refund would be issued.

On TrustPilot, two customers have reported a similar experience of not receiving the purchased item.

One customer ordered the same "Fjallraven Nuuk Parka and did not receive the item.

I have deliberately emailed them for a full refund of my $299.00; however, their email support did not respond to whether the refund was issued.

Even if they eventually refund my money, they were still engaging in fraud by selling an item that does not exist! I believe their fraud model is earning interest on customers waiting for the order.

I have called my bank's fraud team to dispute the transaction, and will leave a 1-star fraud report on TrustPiolt.

By this point, I'm pretty sure this company, Celebs Customes, is engaging in business/wire fraud or earning interest on customers' payments while they wait before refunding them.

And according to my bank, this business tried another 28 times to charge after my initial purchase.

FTC, please consider shutting down this business and its website to stop this fraud.

Ordered a Fjallraven Nuuk Parka. The website experienced an error. I repeated this several times but never got an order confirmation. I contacted the company and they said I had ordered 3. They refunded 2 and shipped the order. They didn't send me a Nuuk Parka. I don't know what the Parka was as there was nothing like it on the Fjallraven website. I contacted the company to solve the problem. They didn't respond. Fjallraven confirmed they are not an authorized seller. Fjallraven followed up to say they don't use shiny fabric or the logo as they appeared in the photo's I sent them. To answer the question Celebs Constums asked. The order number from the Order is Complete email is: 10442. Update: No refund as of yet related to the order. I did reply to their email giving me two options for resolution. I opted for a full refund, and asked for a pre paid return shipping label since the error is on their end. They did not offer to send me what I ordered. 2/23/26 Update. I did hear from them about where to send the return. They were responding to the dispute I filed with my credit card company. By then I had sent the parka to Fjallraven. Fjallraven confirmed it was counterfeit.

I recently purchased a jacket from CelebsCostumes, and I’m genuinely impressed. The jacket looks amazing, the quality is excellent, and it feels premium when worn. The stitching and material are exactly as shown on the website, which is something I really appreciate.

Shipping was smooth, and the product arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Something weird is going on with this online store. When I ordered a jacket, I thought the price was too good to be true. But I tried it anyway. I got no automatic confirmation that the order was placed so I reached out to customer support. They emailed back to say the item will be shipped in 4 business days, but then about a week later the money was just refunded with no explanation. I reached out to the same email as before and got no response.

Very weird. I wouldn't trust it.

Delivery was very quick. The customer service is excellent. I ordered the Big Eagle Wrestling Championship Belt which is gorgeous. The belt looked really nice online and it looks even better in person. I'm truly happy with my purchase. Thank you for all your help.

Purchased Underworld Blood Wars Coat for Halloween, ordered on 5th of Oct and the coat delivered on 21th of Oct. I am glad that I found my coat just before Halloween. Quality is just amazing and body fitted style, got the perfect thing. I recommend Celebscostumes, will hit some more money for Christmas to shop with this company again..!
