I purchased CEL-Fi G41

I purchased CEL-Fi G41. Right out of the box my unit will error out. The update also won't download to my phone. This company is horrible. Called and left a massage, no call back! Should have gone with weboost.

Should have bought a WeBoost

I have owned the celfi go booster for probably 3 years, and sometimes it does help, but usually not until you manually manipulate some settings, like choosing the band and frequency. But usually by using the booster you cannot make phone calls. You constantly get call failures, (which has cost me a lot of money). Some days with the booster on I get no data or .4Mbps, then I turn it off and get speeds up to 90 Mbps without it. (I have service, which is the only way a booster works, but I installed antennas to boost the signal in my basement.) The fact that the booster usually makes my poor service worse is not the reason for this review. It is their service. When they got tired of me requesting support they just blocked me. When I try to sign in to my account I get a message that it has been blocked by their request. I have used all providers, and phone manufacturers with the same result. Not only does their "booster" totally eliminate service, they do not want to hear about it after the check has been cashed. Totally unlike WeBoost, that goes out of its way to make the customer happy.
