I have ordered a Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra in November 2021. Now, the battery is blowing up and the phone back is lifting off the phone. Furthermore, the camera sporadically refuses to work - not only in the camera app, but also in other apps using the camera.
Unfortunately, CETC shop keeps ignoring my mails (I've sent several already) and does not intend to help at all.
It cannoit be an excuse that they have stopped D2C business and only focussing on B2B now - this does not relieve them from their responsibility towards their former D2C customers.

i just recently made a purchase and only told to pay the down payment first. After i deposited in a nepali imepay account they again ask me to pay for the insurance and i was feeling skeptical about it i dont have that 35000 in my bank account so borrowed money from my friend and now today they are asking me to pay full 127000 for the transaction to be shown in the customs and they are saying they will refund later today. But i wasnot pre informed about all this i dont have any money left and 127000 is a huge amount and i dont want to risk it anymore. I have loosed nepali 60000.
Please dont buy from them they will scam you more and more

They asked for half payment before and told me to pay half later after delivery! After i paid my first deposit they told me to pay full so and only they would delivery it right away, so i did! I haven’t received my phone until now which has already been two weeks while they said it would only take 2-3 days! Now they are black mailing me to pay 23k for customs or theres nothing! Don't purchase from them they are scammers!

While CECT-Shop is legit, I found it pretty irritating to purchase from them. I bought a OnePlus phone for $876 and saw that the only payment options were WeChat Pay, Alipay and bank transfer. I don't understand Mandarin so I had no choice but to use bank transfer which just turned me off from this whole experience. Why this company can't just use PayPal or debit/credit card like any other business, I don't understand. But since their website was the only place I could find the phone at such a low price, I said whatever, I'll do it.

I had to use a third-party app to transfer (I used Wise). Took nearly a week for the transfer to process and be completed only for CECT-Shop to inform me they received $853 and that I needed to send the remaining $23.... Seriously? Not only was I not going to go through the hassle of sending a measly $23 via bank transfer (EDIT: They informed me I could send the remaining amount via PayPal. Too little too late), but I was not aware of any fees that were going to be deducted upon receipt of my payment on their end. When I questioned them about this I was simply told, "Please note: Sender has to bear all banking fees/charges". This means absolutely nothing to me. If I am presented with a total for my purchase, I am going to send the exact amount that was calculated which was $876. How was I ever supposed to know that CECT-Shop's bank was going to charge a fee and deduct from my payment??? What a waste of my time. If there was going to be a fee to send via the transfer method I used I should have been made aware of it, not told about it AFTER they received my payment.

So I said screw this I'm canceling because this is annoying as ever just to buy a phone. Not only am I never getting that $23 back, but when canceling, CECT-Shop charges a €5 handling fee plus at least 2% of the grand total amount charged by the payment provider I used to pay. And apparently, this applies when you cancel at your own request within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. I purchase Dec 16 and decided to cancel on Dec 27. Literally, the only way to cancel is to do it at your own request and I requested cancellation long after 3 business days. What difference does 3 business days even make?? As long as the package hasn't shipped, canceling without all these BS fees shouldn't be an issue. What a scam.

Had I known it was going to be this much of a headache I would've avoided. Fortunately, I found the same phone on eBay actually in the US and at a cheaper price. Seriously CECT-Shop, it's 2021. Who even uses bank transfers for something as simple as a phone? You have PayPal, card, and even Klarna for other items on your site but you couldn't apply it to a OnePlus phone? Bunch of crap. I'm an idiot for doing it anyway, but I needed to write a review to detail how ridiculous my experience was. All in all, I lost $70 which includes the wire transfer fees on Wise and CECT-Shop's bank fees and cancellation fees. Not worth it. Shop somewhere else.

I was a bit skeptical about the site at first so it took me a while to decide to order from them. I'm really glad I took the plunge. The shipping was fast and tracked so I knew exactly where my package was at every step of the way. It took 1 week for the package to arrive from Hong Kong. I've ordered from Hong Kong before and it usually takes 2 weeks so this was quite fast. Phone in box was as expected so no complaints at all!

I ordered a Xiaomi Pad 5 (green) and cover to Germany. The start was a bit delayed due to the fact that brown color for the case was not in stock anymore. Once I suggested other color to customer service the package was dispatched. I assume customer service was a bit overwhelmed with Black Friday but afterwards they reacted really fast and shipped the products. Once shipped, in 7 days (including weekends) the package was in my care. Good condition and the product is as expected!

Super quality tablet for afordable price. Check the specs and you will see.
Would buy again due to product quality and customer service (even with delay, they replied in due time and sent the goods as said).

Package arrival took a bit longer than expected. They also check the device if everything works, which is good. I personally would prefer this check-up to be optional since the company itself makes sure that everything works and also I want to be the first one opening the package. But otherwise a totally nice shop for importing Chinese goods!

I was sceptic to order an expensive smartphone from China.
The more I was impressed about the experience with CECT shop. The web shop is reliable and the order process as well as the terms&conditions are clear.
The shipment process was transparent and I've been updated about any shipment progress always on time.
Finally, after 1.5 weeks only, I had my brandnew orignal Oneplus 9 Pro in hands. The phone is in perfect quality and was already setted on German language.
By choosing shipment via EU priority line, I did not have to pay any customs or taxes.

I purchased a phone from CECT shop and when it arrived in the US I realized that it was not compatible with the bands my carriers in the Washington DC area use. That was no fault of CECT shop of course.

I coordinated them to return it, received an RMA number and then returned the phone. They acknowledged receipt. At first they responded to my inquiries regarding the refund but now they have stopped responding. It is now going on 4 weeks and they have stopped answering support emails, and have not refunded my money `- and I don't know if they intend to. I don't know if they are going bankrupt or just think they can get away with this by being China based.

The phone never came and the support staff stopped responding. They used a company called laser ship that seems to regularly not deliver packages. I bought a phone from them a year ago and it was ok, but it seems to be owned by different people now. I would not recommend ordering from them, it may never come and they will not help.

I bought a mobile phone and it arrived correctly in 18 days from China, everything worked as expected

For people who want to buy a smartphone which is not available in their resident country, CECT Shop provides an excellent option. Although the delivery was not as fast as their website promises, (which is also understandable due to the current covid situation), my experience with the purchase was to my full satisfaction. The product was beyond my expectation and the few communication issues (I did not receive any emails at the beginning) was solved smoothly and efficiently. And for all these services, no additional cost was needed and the price of the product compared to the original price was more than reasonable. Definitely worth trying!

Good communication, package arrived in 3 weeks but that was because of holidays time, so it was ok. Everything works fine, I bought a hisense a5pro cc. Thank you. I will buy again if there is something else I want. Cheers!

100% legit company. The service & support from the German office was more than great they even responded via instagram around 22:00 to answer my questions.
4-Stars because i found a small rip in the product package witch indicates that they had opened the package, which i know was meant to check the product for problems.

Hello, may i ask did you shipped the phones to Singapore? If yes, how long would it take to reach here? and also, for oppo find x3 pro mars exploration, did it used global rom or only china rom same as xiaomi?
