I didn’t want to give them any stars. I agree with everyone here: DON’T BUY from this site. Shoes too small, can’t return it. They block your IP address from the site after you order so no exchanges or complaints. It’s one of those “set up your store online and sell from 3rd parties” kinda websites. I ordered two pairs that came a month late. One size was too small. I’m out $60.

I ordered a size 8 shoe from CEASARO…

I ordered a size 8 shoe from CEASARO but when I collected the shoes from the local post office , I noticed that it was written size 5 underneath even the quality was not impressive, I initially had no problem when I saw that size because I decided to give the shoe to my mother who wears a size5 , surprisingly the same shoe was too small on my mother . I tried contacting CEASARO on their website but seemingly it's down . I then contacted them on their Facebook messenger app and they allege that I ordered size5 , unfortunately I can't see that as I can't access their website . I then request that I should return the shoe and get a refund , to my surprise I'm being offered a 10% refund which they say it's 4.14usd which is about ZAR60 , I completely understand that shipping can't be refunded but I'm completely unhappy because I paid ZAR868 I feel ripped off .

ordered a size 39

ordered a size 39, but the shoes that arrived although marked 39, they are size 37. After a lot of emails I recieved a return address in the US, tried to send the trucking number but the email was rejeted, and the site in closed.

I ordered a size 9!

I ordered a size 9, but the shoes that arrived although marked on the inside as a 9, are marked on the outside as a 5. I cannot even fit my toes into them. The shoes are also very cheap looking and do not look like the shoes on-line. i am not very happy.

I made a purchase that I never received and the email does not exist. They are disgraceful and I am going to report them for scam. They sent me an email with a link to do the tracking and it does not work, it sends you to a spam page. I want my refund.

I would rate 0 if I could. Also bought two pair of shoes and haven't received the package after 1.5 months. Not sure if I will ever receive it. I wrote the customer center and guess what? The email doesn't exist. This is a scam, don't fall for it!!!!

This is a total scam

This is a total scam! We ordered and paid the shoes and they never delivered. After several emails back and forth, they only said that the shoes left their company and that they are with the shipping company! Of course they never responded to anything else and no refund!

Lowest quality shoes I ever bought! :(

The shoes on the pictures look stunning, indeed. But only in the pictures. The quality is super low and cheap. Would never buy again!

Please don’t buy anything from this…

Please don’t buy anything from this store. The shoes are the worst quality ever. Made from plastic, and the smell is disgusting. I bought two packages and the second one never arrived, and they pretend not to refund it.

Terrible

Wrong size, very poor quality, look nothing like the pictures and to top the all lot, very difficult to get a refund.
I have resent all the items and paid for it. They are not refunding because the box is lighter than 2564g!!!! Which is the supposed weigh of 4 cheap pair of shoes. Asked them to open the box and check. Still waiting! Smell like ombudsman will get involve very soon. Despicable practices! I wish we have better protection against company like you.
